Great Sissy Squats!!
Easy to assemble and compact in size, making it great for home use. It feels sturdy and well-made. I find it works better for deep squats than for hip bridges, but it still gets the job done. Overall, good quality equipment at a convenient size.

HOME GYM
This has been great to have. I don’t have time to go workout at the gym, and this machine really hits the spot!!! Absolutely recommend

Not worth the $
It’s very heavy. The part that goes behind your knee is wobbly with the extended pole doesn’t feel safe or sturdy. When doing hip thrusts the part your test back on rolls so I slipped it should have been a non moving part there. I threw box away because I believed this was a easy moving and good machine totally not worth the $

Not good for hip thrusts
Great when using one band, but one band too light for results. Using two or more bands are uncomfortable on the hips and too tight. It's hard to get in and out of the bands. I do LOVE it for squats and deadlifts since I have bad knees, but that's all I use it for. I could've gotten a cheaper product for that.
