Cordless Phone with DECT 6.0, Full-Duplex Speakerphone, Lighted Display, Backlit Keypad, Caller ID/Call Waiting, Volume Control, Hearing Aid Compatible, Wall Mount | VG131-11 (Black)

VTech Cordless Phone with DECT 6.0, Full-Duplex Speakerphone, Lighted Display, Backlit Keypad, Caller ID/Call Waiting, Volume Control, Hearing Aid Compatible, Wall Mount | VG131-11 (Black) Brand: VTech I purchased this phone as a simple, reliable landline option for my home, and it has worked as expected. Setup was very easy—just plug in the base, connect the line, and the handset was ready to use. The DECT 6.0 technology really does provide a clear and stable signal. Even when I step outside with the handset, the reception stays strong, and the voice clarity is good enough for long conversations without issues. The backlit display and keypad are helpful when making calls at night. The screen is bright enough to read caller ID information clearly, and the green keypad lighting makes dialing simple in dim light. The full-duplex speakerphone is also a nice feature. Both parties can talk without the conversation cutting in and out, which makes it feel more natural than the half-duplex speakerphones on some cheaper models. I also like the practical features included, such as adjustable volume, a mute button, and compatibility with hearing aids. The phone mounts easily on the wall, and it doesn’t take up much space. It’s lightweight but not flimsy, and the buttons have a responsive feel. Good battery life -- I can go a week without recharging with moderate use. While this model doesn’t include an answering machine, I specifically wanted a basic handset without that extra function, so this version was perfect for my needs. Pros: ✅ Clear reception and long range with DECT 6.0 ✅ Easy setup and user-friendly interface ✅ Bright backlit display and keypad for low light use ✅ Full-duplex speakerphone with natural sound quality ✅ Wall-mountable and hearing aid compatible Cons: ❌ Sound can be slightly “tinny” compared to more expensive models ❌ Limited phonebook storage (30 entries) ❌ No answering machine on this version

As described. Works well. Great value.

Just what I expected so pleased. I just hooked it up a couple of days ago but easy to hook up. Let it charge overnight so still learning about it. I only wanted a extra phone for bedroom so i could answer. The display is fine if you hold it right, sound quality is good and it looks good right where I want it. I would buy again. It was basically a plug and play. I do have comcast for my house phones. The instructions are there about everything so when I want to learn more i can at my own pace

I use it with Ooma. It has good sound, not great like a high end cellphone. The speakerphone works pretty good. Takes a long time to charge completely for the first time. I ended up switching this out with a Panasonic cordless phone. The Panasonic had better clarity and a better backlit display.

Work very good

I bought this phone for everyday home use, and it has been working flawlessly. The setup took less than two minutes—literally just plug it in and it’s ready to go. What I like the most is the audio clarity; the full-duplex speakerphone makes conversations sound completely natural without any echo or cut-offs. The backlit screen and keypad are super easy to read, even in low light, which is a huge plus. The battery life is solid, and the range covers my entire house with zero interference. If you're looking for a straightforward, dependable home phone that just works without complicated features, this is definitely a great purchase. High value for the price!

good phone

This phone is a very very simple to setup. Not modern but simple to use with clear audio. I love that it is easy to wall mount with just a single screw on the wall. The battery seems to charge really fast. The buttons are very responsive.

Lo acabo de adquirir, se ve sencillo pero bonito, timbra como si el sonido estuviera dentro de una caja, espero que sea duradero, por ahora le pondré 5 estrellas.
