Why did you pick this product vs others?:Best of the options regarding a “C” light for my car. It provides me with minimal lighting for night time driving and matched my blue footwell lighting. Ease of installation:Plug in. Fit:Perfect. Visibility:I selected blue to match color of my footwell lighting.

Bright enough to light up inside of truck. Adds light so you can see cup holders and other areas.

These work exactly as advertised. My girlfriend's car has really dark footwells with no lights anywhere. She does however have a couple C-charge connections. I got these to plug in and match the exterior color since the interior is all black. They turn on and off with the car so they are simple to use. The LED's are bright enough without being overwhelming just to give a little ambient light. They're also small enough to not protrude too much. I don't have to worry about accidentally knocking into them and breaking them off.

What I don’t like about this product is the light is too bright for what I was gonna use it for! It shines in my eye and is annoying to even look at for a moment. The white led is way too strong for small areas to light up! I used a piece of contact paper to cover the lens just to soften the brightness. The other issue is there is so off switch you have to remove it from the usb-c plug to turn it off!! Pulling this in and out over time may damage my usb-c port! Maybe other colors would be better, not sure! If you need to really light up something this product will do that job.

These light emitting diodes real enhance the trucks appearance at night. Sort of a night lite for my truck. Very nice look.

I’ve read the reviews and the questions/answers. There seems to be some confusion if this product actually works. I found that it doesn’t work properly plugged into a car charger. It will only stay on momentarily and then power off. Once the switch is pressed it gets stuck in the flash/strobe mode. It flashes and goes off every time you press the switch. I didn’t test for to long, but I wasn’t happy with the results until…I plugged it into my computer and it functions properly. It will stay on and does not time out. If you press the switch it will then go into the flash/strobe mode. If you press and hold the switch it will adjust the brightness. It works just like it’s stated in the instructions. It turns on/off when the computer is.I have an Apple computer, but I don’t see why It wouldn’t work with PC.I’ve only used it for 5 days, but I’ve had it on at least 12 hrs a day. So far so good.I only gave it 4 Stars because it doesn’t work for car use and I can’t verify the longevity.(Edited). 6 months later still works
