As a side sleeper with a pinched neck facet joint, I would highly recommend this pillow. It is cool to sleep on and supports my neck. I have another much more expensive pillow that has not suited my sleeping position.

I was cynical ordering this as thought it looked uncomfortable and wouldn’t make a difference, but after weeks of neck pain for no obvious reason I decided to try it based on all the good reviews. I am SO GLAD! It arrived vacuum sealed and once opened it looked small, firm and a bit odd lying on the bed. I shouldn’t have worried, it was instantly comfortable to lie on. I had the best night’s sleep in a long time, and woke up with no stiffness in my neck. It’s now been 2 weeks, it’s not cured all my neck pain, I still get stiff and achey as the day goes on, but it no longer prevents me from getting comfortable or sleeping, and I don’t wake up with any symptoms. Brilliant pillow, cannot recommend enough to anyone struggling.

It’s a great pillow. Really helps our sleep. That moment in the morning after getting up that you don’t feel any back or neck pain. It was an amazing feeling. I’ve bought another pillow for my husband too.

This neck pillow is brilliant and really helped me when I suffered a trapped nerve in my neck in January. I was in agony, unable to move my neck for the best part of a week and on heavy pain medication. This pillow enabled me to sleep during the night. My only query is: is it possible to get replacements for the covers? My one, whilst starting off white, has dulled to an awful grey since washing.

Its Okay. I'm not convinced the pillow is fully memory foam and I think that is reflected in the price. My prevoius memory foam pillow really did mold to your neck, was a lot heavier and really left an imprint when you pressed into it. There is no memory in this foam. It is quite lightweight and simply springs right back. It is comfortable enough but i wish I would have paid more and got the real thing. Not bad though

For several months, I woke up with a headache. Based on recommendations from friends, I decided to try this pillow. Yes, it will take some time to get used to—not just a day or two, but maybe even a few weeks—but it’s totally worth it.It’s not too firm or too soft, just the perfect balance for me. During the first few nights, I kept waking up because my head would slide down, but I made sure to position it right in the center so that the roll supported my neck. The adjustment period was challenging, but it paid off—my headaches have almost completely disappeared.I recommend using a pillowcase to keep it in good condition, though the top layer is removable and washable.

This is the third one I’ve purchased. Good value, good quality and very comfortable. Thicker one side than the other with contoured memory foam for extra support. Can get a little hot so benefit from pillow cases, despite the textured design on surface.

I have tried tons of pillows from Amazon, sent all back but this one. Cheap but effective . For some reason, the support is far better than the costlier ones or the gels..and this is firmer, yet doesn't hurt the neck like the others.

Love it- replaced my old one

This pillow is soft yet firm enough to support my head and correctly align my neck. The quality of my sleep had greatly improved. I would prefer a more concave design, but for the money, this pillow has met my needs.
