Great product, but not for everyone
First of all, I like it. But I want to share some experience. My plumber help installed it, however, after several months, it started leaking. The reason is this one's horsepower is one and it is too strong for plumber putty to make it stay in the position you wanted. The force of the ratation will gradually grind the putty away and you will see some leaking. The best way is to install a stopper near it.
