What is the diameter of the top of a CryoCup (its widest dimension)? I'd like to keep it frozen in my Yeti Rambler bottle, if it will fit!

The cup measures 3 inches across it's widest point. It is 3 1/2 inches tall when stacked.

It is a plastic cup with frozen water. Not sure about the latex. I used it for a shoulder rotator cuff problem and it work just fine, except the ice melted and dripped but used a towel to soak up the mess.hope this helped a little.

Are these travel friendly? As in I can take this to the gym and use after my workout (and it will still be frozen)?

They will begin to melt at room temperature, so if you just throw them in a gym bag they will melt. Not sure if you kept them in a cooler but they would not stay frozen.

Does it come with Ice? or do you need to add the ice.

You fill the cup with water and freeze. Then when you want to use it you unscrew and the ice comes out of the cup but you still have a portion of the cup holding the ice so you have something to grip for your hand without trying to hold on to the ice with your bare hand.
