I love this watch. It provides exactly what I was looking for. The only glitch was trying to figure out how to charge it. I finally got it but it was so easy I was making it hard. All you do is put the charger up to the charging area & it has a magnet that pulls it in for you. I would highly recommend this watch if you are worried about falling with no one around. It also will check your vitals which is convenient.

I wish I had listened to the reviews and not bought this. It worked about a month. Then, the last time I charged it, the navigation button on the right side of the watch would not work. Without that, it is useless. $200 down the drain.

Excellent Fall notification system ,without any payments for monitoring, battery lasts 3 days. Haven't tried to hook up to phone yet.

This is my second Fall Watch, the first one, after one year decided to stop working. This 2nd watch I had to send it back. My skin became irritated, I could not wear it. The ONE thing that really got my dander up was that the time on the 2nd watch, was MILITARY. I called the company for help with setting the time and they told me that, military time is how the watches are now. I'm 81 years old, to old to try and figure out what time 16:39 is. I have to give props to customers service they were great.

Good product, just more than I needed. I had to return.

Got this for my Mom less than a year ago and it has already stopped working. Very disappointed in the quality.

I charged the watch and it worked for 1 1/2 days and then quit working. I am returning this watch and ordering another brand of watch.

Works much better than the last one I bought. This is a keeper. Not the prettiest one, but it works. I charge it about every 3 days over night even though the directions said it only needs about 4 hours to charge.
