Great choice for SFF cases
Works well, great fit for the JOYJIM SFF case I used for serving and recording machines.

Good little power supply
Works great. Reliable power at a good price.

Too loud
Works well. Unfortunately it’s very loud once the pc is under load. I swapped out the fan and have had no issues with noise.

It gave me the additional power my components needed!
I purchased this PSU to replace my stock 275 watt PSU. I felt that it was burdened with what I had it connected to (Intel i7-7700 Kaby Lake Processor, MSI GeForce RTX 3050 LP 6G OC, CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB RAM, etc.). This 500 watt PSU was a good choice for what I have. It was not a like for like fit in my case as some slight modifications were necessary (see included pics). After it was installed and powered up for a time I could tell the air coming out of case fan was cooler which meant the the old PSU was working very hard as well as the components powered by it and perhaps even slightly under powered.

Worth spending more money on a quality PSU.
This 500W power supply was giving intermittent charging issues that would cause my PC to shut down randomly. I replaced it with a better quality 250W power supply and it was more stable, smaller, and fanless but it did come at a premium. Cutting corners on power delivery in a PC could be costly mistake - I'm lucky it was only my PSU that failed and it didn't fry any major components.

Runs 330W at least no problems.
Absolutely no problems. I run a 330W max system, so not the worst stress case, but it has given me zero problems. I haven't done any wattage measurements to determine efficiency, yet. Fits well in a small form factor, as expected.

Small quiet and works
I have bought 2 of these now and has been running 2 of my mini servers full time without issues. One of them has 4 hard drives attached and has no issues. I was skeptical at first but I am very impressed. There’s only a small tiny fan cooling it, it is a little warm to the touch but it’s quiet and doesn’t seem to get hot enough to cause issues.

Great budget option with some easy fixes.
Update 31 August 2025: at almost exactly 1 year of use, the unit has started failing on me. Using a Kill-A-Watt to measure my power usage, my pc will lose power and reboot around the 300-340w range. I will be replacing this unit with a Silverstone or some other reputable brand that can actually deliver the specified wattage. Old Review: Great value for the money, has been powering my SFFPC build since August of 2024. I have had no issues powering a Ryzen 5 2600X/Radeon 5700XT system and a Ryzen 9 7945HX/Radeon 5700XT system with this PSU. Included cables are nothing to write home about, all black, cheap feeling, and a bit long for most SFFPC cases but that length may be needed in a server chassis. includes everything you should need, nothing more. I cannot provide definite efficiency ratings but the power it pulls from the wall was not too far off from the reported load in Linux. The fan is acceptable in rack mounted applications but for running any sort of heavier load while at a desk, it becomes rather disturbing. The noise easily surpasses my GPU and CPU fan noise but became much more manageable after swapping to a Noctua A4x20 FLX fan (which comes with the needed adapter to mate to the OEM 2 wire cable). Before and after the swap, the housing still is toasty to the touch, probably in the 40-50c range.

Apevia ITX-PFC500W Mini ITX/Flex Power Supply
I was surprised how well this power supply works. I needed a flex P.S for my mini itx case, and this fit in there perfectly. It's a modular P.S, has a small cooling fan inside but it's not noisy, very silent. I am using this for a HTPC build, just for 4K movie playback. It may be a little noisier if you're a gamer and really pushing the power supply. I don't know about the longevity of this P.S, but so far it has worked really well.
