High Quality, Simple, Affordable Wireless System!! Just Get It--You'll Be Happy You Did!
It is so nice having the freedom to move around without a cord dangling from the guitar to the Spark amp. I use the wireless system between my acoustic guitar and both the Spark Go and the Spark Edge amps. They work flawlessly and keep a good charge. I also like that the arrows build into the design of each wireless plug show which is for the guitar (arrows out) and which is for the amp (arrows in). They also include a two-plug USB-C cable to make it very easy to charge both wireless plugs from a single charging brick. I am very pleased with this setup and would recommend it to anyone wanting the freedom to go wireless with no hassle!

Excellent performance. Excellent Customer Support. Buy a backup set... it's worth it.
I bought this last fall and used it a lot. Both at home and live. Unfortunately the internal wiring failed last month. I've had other brands with bendable plugs fail before and this is no exception. I emailed customer support sent the invoice from Amazon and they sent me a brand new system new in the box. I'll be more careful with this one... no need to bend these back and forth so much. I had a peek inside the failed unit (no loss if I damaged it... but I didn't). It was indeed a failed cable, but I was impressed with the quality overall of the components. The wire was designed to move back and forth (like headphone wiring) and I believe most of these units last longer than mine did. It just did not for me. I'll buy another set someday... The low latency and sound quality it is worth it to me even if they wear out... buy an extra set for backup.

These are great!
I'm not a professional guitarist, but I play everyday for @ 2 hours and gig once a month for @ 3 hours. I always charge them overnight. Fully charged they have not run out on me yet. There is no discernable hum or static. Very clear. No signal loss or discernable latency. Super lightweight. I like the no fuss straight forward press and hold to pair feature. And I like the auto turn off after 30.minutes of no signal being processed to save battery life. These are really great for what I need them to do. So nice not lugging the extra weight of cables around and wrapping and packing that extra bulk. Great value. The paring/off on buttons are a little small, but doesn't take away from their value.

Good but does not fit into Silver Sky
These work well and have good range. They fit perfect on my American Strat but it does not fit into my PRS Silver Sky. It binds up before fully seating into the jack. Keep this in mind if you have a PRS Silver Sky.

No latency, works wonderfully!
Works better than expected, no latency whatsoever and they are literally plug and play!

Link not for active bass, and Positive Grid customer support is onerous.
The one star on this review reflects both the item, and Positive Grid as a company. Unfortunately both have been dissapointing. Bottom line up front: The Link works OK for passive instruments, but active pickups killed mine, and given enough time, will probably kill yours. The one star is because there is still, a year later, no indication that I can see on the product description that gives you a heads-up that the system is not designed for active pickups. Otherwise the Link system is on par with Xvive, Lekato, etc., but not as good as the Boss WL-20, which may not be as pretty, but is an auto-on, low-latency pleasure to use. Also, if you do have active pickups, the Boss WL-20L is actually made to handle that. Took me a bit of research to find it, so passing it on. OK, the finer points: When my Links imploded, I discovered how very user un-friendly the process of getting in touch with Positive Grid customer support is. and BTW, there is only email support. No phone. Even after you have a verified case, no phone. Then, as in my case, after a lot of back and forth and repetition, if they accept a return, you will need to fill out an email form, complete with serial numbers and all of your same pertinent info that was actually originally on your order. and.. of course.. they will charge you at least $15 for shipping, and $20 re-stock fee as a thank you for going through their obstacle course of customer support. I have done it twice now, so consider this expert advice. For full context, in all I have now used 5 Spark products: Go, 40, Link, Edge, and BiasFX. Go blew out from one month of use with bass, 40 never had much for power, and Link outright failed. The shining star of the Spark line is the Edge, which is absolutely, objectively, fantastic. Massive, high quality sound from a very portable cordless PA. Awesome. I'm riddled with anxiety that it might break, and I have to deal with Positive Grid again. BiasFX is also pretty good imho. So that's a success rate of 2/5. 40%.. In school that's an F. For customer support: three requests, three fails. Definitely an F. Final advice: Whatever you buy from Positive Grid A) Temper your expectations. Great ideas that are presented in artful design, but are inconsistently executed. B) Definitely get it through Amazon. That will be your one chance to circumvent the BS of Positive Grid customer support. If anything goes wrong, hope it goes wrong in time to return it through Amazon. Don't waste your effort going to the company.

They stand by their product!
I bought the Positive Grid Spark Link back in May. I had a cheapo wireless system that served its purpose. I personally have the Positive Grid Spark Amp (standard size practice amp) and the Spark Go. They are both wonderful products so I figured I'd get their wireless system as well! Everything was great up until about a week ago. My receiver unit stopped charging! I was afraid my warranty wouldn't be honored because I bought it via Amazon (through their storefront) as I had gift card funds available. I contacted them via email anyways and I got a response right away who asked what I've done for troubleshooting. I thought to myself "Oh no, here we go with the whole did you turn it off and on yadda yadda BS you get from other companies". I explained everything and asked if I needed to any other steps? Nah. Give us your address and we will ship it out right away. I gave my address and got a confirmation a few days later about my package. I seriously expected a refurbished product, which is fair because it's not like my Link is a new device anymore. I just wanted something that worked. To my surprise, they sent me a brand new one! They didn't have to do that! They told me that I didn't have to send the old one back and to enjoy my new one. They stand by their product and kept me as a customer going forward! Now for the product itself, it's a very high quality wireless system. The sound quality is a lot better than my previous system, and I like how it looks and the more thin style rather than some huge thing I had before. It's worth your money to invest in a product where the company stands by it.

It is OK, but could definitely be better for the price.
So, it works. That is the good thing. As far as battery life goes, it could be better. It will work for an hour, maybe 2 before the lights start turning red for low battery. It seems to add interference when using hot single coil pickups. I have tried multiple settings with the spark amp that I am using, but it is fine with a cable, so no idea why that is. Pros: *Easy to use. Literally press the button, and you are done. no other settings. *Great for a practice setting, you can switch between guitars and pedals/amp quickly, and quietly for the most part. *Decent range. It does work from 20 or more feet away without issue. Walls seem to add inference, but that is expected. Cons: * Battery. First usage was great, lasted for hours. After that it is only working for about 2 hours at a time before being almost dead. * There is an issue with single coil pickups. I pick up a popping sound with high gain, and do not have the same issue with a cable. I have not had this happen with anything but single coils. *Price. There is nothing wrong with the price. The system works, and the priced is OK. However, there are other systems out there that do the same thing but cheaper.

Does what it’s supposed to do
So I originally bought one of these, and only got less than a day of use out of it. The power on the transmitter for the amp just kept cutting out. After trying to troubleshoot, I noticed the reset button was stuck inside the transmitter, which was killing the power as it was in a constant reset. I felt quite disappointed. However, after speaking with Amazon, they sent me a replacement the same day and I’ve had no issues as of yet. I love positive grid and I’m a big fan of the Spark amps. Been using this on my spark 2 and it’s been great. No latency at all, and the battery life will see you through any practice session! Item feels solid and well made, though I wouldn’t advise dropping it to test that! It’s definitely more on the expensive side, but worth the money to me. It’s also plenty small enough to fit in my Spark carry bag. I would definitely recommend this product if you own any gear from positive grid and like their stuff. I also wouldn’t advise you cheap out when buying a transmitter. I’ve owned a few in the past and they weren’t great for me, although they could’ve released better ones in recent years

Ottimo!
