Brewmaster - AJ10E Flaked Corn (Maize) - 5 lb Bag

It's a pretty large amount of corn, but the quality is good and the bag arrived sealed.

It works well. Drinking the mexican lager that I made with it right now. Good price but not as good of a price as buying it at a homebrew shop. Usually it's $1.99 there. Here, it's a little more than $2 a pound. a little pricer.

High quality grain that has been sealed fresh! This is what you want for brewing. A affordable and ready to use grain for your precious beers and mashes.....overall im gonna stick to the brewmaster company as their products are excellent.

2 of the 3 bags where perfectly fine, each weighing in at 5 lbs .6 ounces and 5 lbs .9 ounces. However the third bag was punctured in the box and was short 6 full ounces even after getting the loose stuff in the box.

As a kid in the 50s-60s we often ate flaked hominy with sausage and gravy or just salt and butter. No one in the family has been able to find it for a very long time. I was thrilled to find this flaked maize that cooks up and tastes just like what I remember from long ago. Not being a beer drinks, I can highly recommend it as a great hot cereal or side dish.

Used this in a Corona Clone for my wife. Turned out a really great easy drinker. I know not everyone loves corn in their brew, but if you're going to use it this stuff worked great.
