I tried the NMN first and I didn’t notice much of a difference so I read up on the what works best. Studies show it’s more effective to stack NMN with NR and I’ve noticed a definite boost in my energy, it’s easy to use, I just scoop and drop under the tongue every morning after I take my other meds and it dissolves very fast. It does have a tart taste but I think it helps it dissolve quicker. You get 60 servings for one container so it has a good value for $30/month. I have no side effects and I’ve been taking it for a few months. Definitely effective!

it's okay but is full of necessary fillers to make it palatable to people. if you cant take 100% of a nutrient or can't figure out how to mask it or tolerate it or make capsules, maybe don't do it. now we all need to suffer because the company wants to make it easy to use (and thus lower quality) to satisfy the sensitive babies.
