I sleep on my front with my arms up by my head on a super firm mattress. I have always struggled to find a pillow that does not give me back or neck problems due to my head being tilted upwards too much while I'm in my preferred sleeping position. I tried sleeping without a pillow but I felt my head needed a little support. To cope, I always ended up flattening a pillow at one side in order to find a comfortable position which isn't the best. My wife had invested in a fancy (expensive) new memory foam pillow (which doesn't suit me at all) so I thought I would try and look for one for myself. This pillow is terrific and has completely fixed all my sleeping comfort problems. It is thin, flat and firm with just enough give, making it perfect for me! My head now gets the right support and I don't have to fiddle about with it at all. Here's to better sleep and no more neck / back ache. Great price too!

My dream pillow! I've had the same disgusting pillow for years and years because i couldn't find a new one tging enough for me. I took a chance on this one and so glad i did. It's thin, its firm but not too firm. I sleep on my side in a superman position with a pillow between my arm and head and it's perfect for that 👍 getting less headaches and neck ache now

After quite a long search for a flatter pillow to ease my neck pain, I stumbled across this one. Since using it, I’ve noticed an improvement in my sleep quality, with less need to take painkillers before bed. The pillow has a lovely soft outer lining, and the density works well for me; supportive enough to stay comfortable through the night. It’s also easy to travel with, able to fit into my suitcase without taking up much space. This has been a good find, and works for both home and away.

This pillow is flatter than 2.5inches and smaller than “standard “ size. It’s also soft, so you might as well not have a pillow at all! I wanted a firm, low profile pillow - not a flat, soft one, that gives no support whatsoever. Complete waste of money and very annoyed.

Good thickness but why not be the same width and length as a standard pillow? It’s is slightly smaller!

Oh my! I love this pillow. I can not use a traditional pillow as it hurts my neck, and I have never found anything that feels comfortable and allows me to get a good night's rest. I have been sleeping without a pillow for quite some time, but that tends to cause strain on my neck and arm (which I end up using to give some support). This pillow is perfect for me - it's thin, but provided the perfect amount of support (and firmness) without causing any strain on my neck. I slept well on my back and my side. I will be ordering more of these.
