WOW! Great EDC for the money. I ended up buying 4 more for family and friends. This knife is very sharp right out of the box, and has a great solid spring assisted opening. The belt cutter works well, and so does the glass breaker. This is a great knife for EMS workers and would be a great stocking stuffer! The clip is robust. The handle is great for gripping to apply force when breaking glass and cutting seat belts. I only bought the solid black knives, so I cannot speak about other colors/blades. However, the all black looks nice and feels like what a good quality knife should feel like. I will be buying more of these for stocking stuffers this year. Don't hesitate on this one; you will be satisfied with this purchase.

For the price, it's hard to imagine a more practical pocket knife. The knife is razor sharp out of the box and opens instantly with one hand. It's so light that I forget that it's in my pocket. I bought a 2nd one as a gift.

Opens very smoothly. Although it was a little smaller than expected it is still the perfect size for every day use. Overall very good!

Giving it a solid 4 stars based on what I received. We're keeping this in the car just in case. The seat belt cutter looks sharp and the glass breaker, though small, should work in an emergency. The blade was surprisingly decent for a really inexpensive knife. Make no mistake, I wouldn't carry this for daily use, as I'm not sure how it would do. However, to just keep in the console for a vehicle emergency, this is really a great deal. This thing has some weight to it, which TBH surprised me. I buy all my pocket knives from Amazon and tend to stick with Kershaw. The deal on this Albatross was too good not to try. I hope we never have to use it, but it's there if we do and that's nice to know. Great fast shipping and packed well too. They include a nice little carry case. I did open and close the knife about 25 times after reading complaints about that in these reviews. It opens and closes very nicely with good clean action. Closing it is no more difficult than any other Kershaw or other brand I have. This one of those items it's silly not to have in your vehicle just in case. The blade is stable, the grip id very comfortable and ergomatic feeling, and the material almost feels like G10 on the outside. I might buy more of these for our other drivers in the family to keep in their vehicles. BTW, the blade is super sharp, so if you get one, always be super careful like you would with any other pocket knife.

It’s a rlly rlly good knife, it’s very sharp, I tested it on objects by stabbing them, it cuts easily, the glass breaker works, the seatbelt cutter also works. It works smoothly and all so yeh

2023 UPDATE:Just bought a 3rd one of these. My other 2 are holding up fine and keep a sharp edge for quite a long time, especially considering I'm mostly cut cardboard boxes with them. I flick mine open with my forefinger, I have an experience any of the opening issues others have mentioned. My latest one is a little tighter opening than the other two, but a couple dabs of Teflon lube made it much better, and it works just fine. I really find this to be the perfect size pocket knife for EDC.I love this little knife, in fact I bought another after receiving this one. It's just a cheap chinese-made flip knife, but considering it only cost about $12 I'm quite impressed with the quality. It's just what I wanted - a good knife that works but doesn't cost so much that I'd be upset if I broke it or more likely lost it. It's a bit smaller than my other EDC knives (see picture, this knife is at the top) but that's what I like about it. Its almost unnoticeable in your pocket (and it does have a clip but I don't use it) yet it's big enough to get the job done. I mostly use it to open boxes which is why I specifically wanted one with a smooth blade. My other EDC knife I had been using has a short serrated section near the handle, and that doesn't work well when slitting open boxes - this one does. Much as I appreciate high-quality knives I can't see paying $100 or even $50 for one - I'd rather have 4 or 5 of this one, at least for what I use it for. And the fact that it also has a seat-belt cutter and a glass breaker is just icing on the cake!
