PERFECT!
Shoulders are the hardest areas to ice. This ice pack wrap conforms to your body and stays very cold for a really long time. If you lie down, it conforms to the front of the shoulder area and that's where I need it, but you can also get up and move around if necessary. I can only use one arm to adjust the strap attachment, so I can suggest making the back strap as long as possible so you can attach the front strap with one hand. It's hard to explain. The straps can be pulled tight so it doesn't shift too much. I love how flexible it is. Great size, great quality. I have already recommended this to someone who will have shoulder surgery soon.

Shoulder surgery saver
I think this for my shoulder pain before surgery. I've used it alot post surgery. I had rotary cuff and SLAP repair. This thing sits on the shoulder perfectly and cools every part of the shoulder. This helps with the pain. I wish I had ordered this before. Love this thing.

Better arm brace than an ice pack
This is a quality product with good materials and can easily fit many (albeit primarily larger) body types. But a few things: 1 - it just does not get very cold or stay cold for long. If you’re aiming for 20 minutes of solid cooling, you might get 10, and it’s just not a focused, strong ice pack. You’re better off buying a compression wrap and some gel ice packs 2 - it is actually a fantastic brace. It’s a bit heavy, but if you’re looking for something to limit your range of motion and add some gentle cooling compression, it’s actually great. Although, it is pretty heavy, so consider that as well 3 - I’m a 6’1” 190lb man and this thing barely fits on the tightest possible setting. If you’re smaller than that, then you might want to look into other options

Shoulder Reusable Ice Pack
The TharaICE shoulder ice pack works as described, It fits nicely and the Velcro straps are adjustable for a tight fit. It is Flexible enough to fit your shoulder nicely. My only concern was it will stay cold for only 10-15 minutes, longer would be better.

A great product
This thing is perfect for my sore rotator cuff. I don't use it often thankfully but it really is great to have in the freezer when I need it. Nice design, it feels sturdy and you can still move around while you're wearing it. It covers your whole shoulder. I haven't had to wash it yet but it seems like it would be easy to do. Highly recommend it.

Only cold for about 15 minutes
This is soft and comfortable, but it does not stay cold very long. Maybe 15-20 minutes of cold and then maybe another 10-20 minutes of is being cool. And it's currently January, so I imagine that in the summer it will get warm faster.

Helped tremendously with frozen shoulder
This has been a lifesaver. I am suffering from frozen shoulder for the second time and I'm so glad I found this. I love that it feels weighted and it fits snugly against my shoulder. It is a quality product and I would recommend it a thousand times over for anyone with a shoulder issue.

I love my gladiator Ice pack!!!
I love this ice pack. Its super easy to use feels great. Its perfect for me. The only issues I see are that it never gets SUPER cold, however it stays cold for quite a while. I just adjust and leave it on 10 more minutes and I put it directly on my skin. The material is really nice, strap is usual material, but not uncomfortable. Im a 6'1 and 196 pound who was an athlete all my life and it feels perfect. The reason I bring that up is that I think that some of the smaller or older folks, may find this a tad on the heavy side. Imo the weight helps keep that cold pressed up nicely against you. I Def recommend this. My shoulder dimensions were 1 inch over the max and I have zero issues with tightness or feeling like it doesn't fit. Its not the smallest ice pack either obviously, but it fits pretty easily because its flat. Def happy and wish I had had this years ago. Ive already told my friends about it and my Airrosti practitioner. Sincerely, it has made a difference in my life and I hope it does to yours too. Oh, and you kind of look like a gladiator. Bonus!! lol. 😆 🤣
