Love the razor, for all it's functionality and ease of use, I have had mine since 2021, but as others have noted, the plastics failed. In my case the skin guard failed as in being able to keep it on the body of the razor it self. Everything else still works perfectly, so much so i ordered another one and will keep the original with out the skin guard for close up shaving..

First things first. The trimmer is awesome. It’s smooth and comfortable. Incredibly easy to use and simple to maintain. It has acceptable battery life. It really is an awesome product for the price. I’ve always been a big fan of other Panasonic electronics and they delivered again here. The trimmer’s functionality is outstanding. Unfortunately, the package is held back by one (YMMV) flaw. The charger. It’s a heavyish base station design but with no cord. It just plugs directly into the wall and the trimmer sits vertically above it when plugged in. It’s awkward to say the least. I have to charge it in my bedroom because that’s literally the only outlet in my house capable of the task. Despite the charger I really do like the trimmer. The value and functionality more than make up for the wonky charger. I would recommend this trimmer for sure provided you have a capable outlet to charge it.

Before you use start high!! Then work to the length you want. Dont rely on the noted measurements, they end up being a shorter trim. This gives a nice stubble look if you want after you figure the length you like by testing slowly . Better trimmer then many I have tried with doing the stubble look. Waterproof is a plus so you can rinse under sink water no worries. The charger stays one color no matter what, I plug in charger x hours then take it out. Remember test length- well before date night.

The plastic adjustable-length comb attachment is super flimsy and the way it's designed it actually moves too much when trimming. I'm afraid that the way it attaches, and given the cheap plastic with which it's made, this comb attachment will be the weak point that breaks far too soon and renders the entire thing mostly useless. Aside from that, it charges quickly, a charge lasts a long time, and I like that the charger plugs into the wall wart directly without a cable. The unit itself feels solid and well-built. It doesn't make excessive noise and cleans easily. It's waterproof which I like. I'm just very concerned about the quality of the comb attachment. I also wish it could go a bit longer, but I can't hold that against them since this is as advertised. All in all, it's worth a buy if it's on a good sale price etc. but otherwise you can probably find something more well-built.

Put this trimmer to replace my old trimmer that died recently. This Panasonic trimmer is highly adjustable and relatively easy to clean with the titanium blades. Would be perfect if it was washable.

Item.shipped with us charger with 110v. No warning and when about to return, amazon says outside of return window. What happens to consumer right for faulty item ?

The picture and description say that the charging base goes directly into the wall without cables. The product that arrived has a charging base that sits on the floor with a long cord that plugs into the outlet.
