There is not one study comments is perfect and is the opinion of one man or group of persons.There are many negative review from many reviews that put me off from purchasing Dake reference bible until now.My humble opinion is no matter how many Bible studies you have in your library this is must as a compliment or main study bible.It is full of information that will deepen your knowledge your know knowledge and understanding of the Bible.The study is very compressive and like any study bible some I do not agree.Some reviewer have taken the negative comment and highlight them to put off potential customers to purchase the Dake excellent this bible study.Highly recommend and this has become my main study bible.

It has lots of interesting notes which I love to read and inspires research topics. A must for your Bible collection.

This is a good bible. I was so excited to get it but I rarely use it now. In my opinion it's really good to use as part of preparations for a sermon. It has interesting historical information in there about the bible.

Will enjoy checking details with these reviews and notes, Dakes recommended to me years ago, only just tracked down now.

It is beautiful, easy to understand if you have been using a teaching bible. Its overwhelming how much information there is.

I liked the new way of putting 3 column,and fonts are printed in dark..easy to read commentary compared older version of kjv..worth buying it..Very good study Bible to dig deep into the word..

I think this is one of the best Bibles I’ve ever seen I think everybody who is into major Bible studying, should have this Bible! It is so amazing it has every kind of helps you can imagine and you don’t have to dig back-and-forth from front to back to find it all it’s right within the page it’s amazing it’s like having a strong‘s concordance within the page I just wish there was a little bit more commentary like the Chuck Smith Bible but everything he says lines up with the Chuck Smith Bible as well and the David Jeremiah Bible with their commentaries. The cover is a beautiful soft leather like cover that I don’t want to get wrecked so I’m going to make a cover for it to protect it. it’s beautiful and it’s extra wide. I just wish there was a little bit of room on the margin to write but you have a much larger top margin than normal so I write up there. I showed it to my friend who uses the Thompson chain Bible which is another excellent bible, and she was really impressed. A lady friend of mine said her passed away husband lived out of this bible. She is 83. So it’s been around for some time. He’s an amazing bible answer man on YouTube videos. I love it ! And for me it’s expensive but I saved for it. For the average person a very fair good price excellent price for all that you get!

this is a good bible if you want to understand the word of god in a deeper way. the notes and commentary are excellent,although some doctrines regarding trinity are flawed.

I have owned several study Bibles, truthfully I'm not sure I could even count of remember all of them. I also own the older beautifully made KJV Dake. I will have to admit I was disappointed in the quality of the bible itself. It is not genuine leather, it is an imitation leather. It is not symth sewn either. The content is without a doubt the best available in a Study Bible. Page after page of notes at the end of each book along with the notes on each page. I will not elaborate on that as you have no doubt read all about his notes in other reviews. Absolutely the easiest bible to use for research into the scripture. The notes are excellent and I find myself being amazed that one person was able to put this all together. I thought enough of this Bible to send it off to be rebound with genuine leather and to have a sewn binding. As much as I loved my much older (bought over 20 years ago) Dake, the notes in this newer NKJV are placed in a much more convenient manor. Love mine. Well worth the money. Buy and prepare to get caught up in all the hours of study Dake put into this exceptional work. And to the Dake Family, Finis Dake's work and dedication deserves the best quality, just as it did years ago.
