Amazing product
Amazing product, well made, fast delivery , as expected , good price and good quality, the video is very good quality , highly recommended

Easy to use
Use this instead on the standard built in laptop camera. No setup required I just plugged in the usb plug and it was detected right away. Only very slight concern is that if I touch the usb plug the image can be lost for a few seconds. It's an irritation but the picture quality difference more than makes up for it.

So it says it's 4K.... but it isn't
Bought this as a 4K webcam for sub 20 quid. Setup was easy, worked straight from the box when plugged into the USB. Good mounting clip, nice aesthetic design as well. Decent settings controls one installed to vary colour and contrast.2 problems:1. it's not 4K (3840 x 2180) despite it saying so in the marketing, it only goes up to 1080P (1920 x 1080). You wouldn't know tbh unless you look deep into the settings.2. still getting a bright yellow colour on skin tone where the light is reflecting from my forehead! It's not like I'm sitting in bright sunlight either. Not as bad as the previous webcam I bought and returned, but still annoying. I tried to rectify in the settings but the contrast control doesn't allow it. So with the only option available to either sit about 2m away from the camera or to wear a wig/baseball cap on all of my MSTeams calls, I decided to return it instead.

Not compatible with MS Teams
Is not compatible with Teams. Tested them on multiple laptops (to confirm it wasn’t a PC issue). Wouldn’t recommend if you’re using Microsoft as your main communication tool

Not bad value for Money
The media could not be loaded. Decent quality picture, and audio. However it is extremely sensitive to light so works actually better in a slightly darker environment. If it’s too bright you suffer significant white out.
