I have used this many times in the past to eliminate organic odors. Since I have worked in the pest control industry I used it for decaying carcasses within wall voids, eliminating other odors as well and worked fantastic. I no longer work in the industry but bought this product because I have a large inaccessible void that got water due to flooding. After all the water was removed and it was all dried out it started to smell really bad. My guess is that the wood in this void had gotten overly saturated and started growing mold and who knows what else is even under there at this point.. Lucky I still have most of my old equipment so I placed the product in my trusty fogger at the 2 to 1 ratio that is on the label and let it rip. The next day the odor was gone but came back slightly 2 days later. Since I have used this before in the same void after hurricane Sandy I wasn't worried because from what I remember even though the smell came back slightly the product kept on working and the smell began to lessen every day till there was none left after a week. So if you use this product have no fear it will work for you just give the tiny good bacteria the time so it can munch away all the bad stuff that maybe growing and causing odor. I have tried other products in the past and recently because I have heard they worked very well but I should have trusted my gut and just used this right off the bat because this product has worked everytime without fail. I'll never use any other product besides this one ever again. Highly recommend 5+ stars. Just a note I read other reviews on this product and seller and it stated that buyers did not get the correct size I had no issue with that. I ordered the gallon and received exactly what I had ordered. Thanks for making a great product it is the best.

We have a wood stove in our basement but don,t use it.Former family lived in the basement. Anyway we smelled a foul odor. I walked over to the wood stove and opened the door yep thats where the smell is coming from. The chimney pipe has a tee and a round clean out cover that fell down and a young cat crawed inside and unfortunately died. After I pulled the cat out I could still smell the odor the next day. I already ordered this product . When it arrived I placed several onces diluted slightly in a pump up sprayer. I sprayed in the area and the following day I can,t smell anything. But I repeated the process and now will wait 3-4 days and hit it again.I am impressed how fast it is working .I am a ordinary homeowner that takes care of problems without calling the Pro,s that charge big bucks. I read reveiws from them first and based on that bought this incredible odor killer. The only thing it didn,t do is kill the maggots they turned into flies in my basement. I seen about 20-30 at the windows and grabbed my insect spray to take of them.First I opened the window to see if they would fly away many did some didn,t. I also spray this in my nasty trash can and it smells alot better. It almost smell like soap so not a unpleasant smell at all.

This product definitely performs! The only downfall is ithe smell is very strong and requires a good 12 hours to clear.

I’ve tried countless odor removal products over the years, but Bac-A-Zap is hands-down the most effective one I’ve used. It doesn’t just mask bad smells, it completely eliminates them at the source. I used it in a crawlspace where we had a dead rodent, and the smell was unbearable. Within a couple of applications, the odor was completely gone.

She is absolutely THAT GIRL. It’s got weird but good smell to it but BOY OH BOY does it do its job like no other! I have a dog crate (for a 100lb long haired dog), a litter box, and a vent into the crawl space of my 100 year old home all in one room so it can get pretty stinky pretty fast. I saw this on tiktok from a pest control guy and new I had to try it. A few spritz’s of this stuff on my rug or in my dogs crate and 5 minutes later, you can’t smell anything. I absolutely love it and always keep a bottle in my cabinet!

My bottle was damaged and i had to transfer to another bottle. When i opened my package and took the plastic off the product was leaking everywhere

I noticed an odor that was coming from our attic and wafting through our room. I thought it was an expired mouse or maybe a squirrel, but the stink rapidly became larger than either of those. We finally located the source, or sources. It seemed that TWO oppossums had inflicted fatal damage upon each other and retreated to separate cubbyholes to die. Unfortunately, the remains were inaccessable by any means or tool. Not even a contortionist with a vac hose could remove them. A BacAZap spray bottle set on stream was able to reach where we could not. Within hours we noticed a funk reduction, and soon the stench was completely gone and replaced with a fresh clean scent. Since then, I have found many more uses. Great for cleaning indoor or outdoor trash cans, pet stains, kid-carsick-all-over-the-car reek, "little boy with bad aim" yuck in the crevice under the toilet base. Any disgusting, foul, vomit-inducing, or other seriously rank organically-based source of putrid odor can be fixed with this stuff. The only odor sources it doesn't eliminate are your SO and other family members - I would NOT recommend spraying them.

We moved into a rental house that had very smelly closet carpet in one of the bedrooms. After a year of living there and trying multiple ineffective odor eliminating techniques, I discovered Bac A Zap. The product smelled amazing and it got rid of the odor for good with one use. Highly recommend!
