I had no idea things like this existed, but I'm sure glad I found them. I have a wired pair of IEM I am perfectly happy with, but I was determined to go wireless after a nasty snagging incident on public transport. I tried a highly recommended set of wireless ear buds, but they didn't fit right and eventually failed completely. Whilst looking for a set of wireless IEMs (I never found any) I came across reviews of these Yinyoo KZ AZ09 wireless adapters, and they were so cheap it was an easy decision to give them a try. I'm very happy to report that not only do they work well, they are very well made and come in an ergonomic charging box that easily holds the IEMs and large foam earbuds. Given the new configuration, being a long bit of plastic behind the ear, the fit of my IEMs did change, leading to some issues with getting a good seal. I did have to resort to a new set of large memory foam earbuds, but you will no doubt have a different experience - all ears being unique. The bluetooth 5.4 connection has been extremely stable, with no dropouts or other problems, and the lack of soft buttons and noise cancelling is a bonus as far as I'm concerned. Each adapter has a little clicky button, both of which work the same. There are various button presses on this single button which allow for stopping and starting playback, as well as skipping tracks etc. The only one I use is the stop and start (single click), and it's so simple it's a joy. There's no app to download (hooray!), and if you do have to adjust the tuning of your IEMs after you attach them you will have to do that at source. But I found the sound so clear and accurate I didn't feel it was necessary. After many trials and tribulations with the more ubiquitous earbud format, I'm so glad I found these wee miracles. At less than £30 (March 2026) they were an absolute bargain and let me use my favourite wired IEMs without wires!

I originally bought the "upgrade" from this model, the AZ15. The difference is night and day, BUY THIS ONE. The az15 had loose ear hooks, a terrible connection, a charging case that would only work by the whims of Loki himself, and the actual adapters began to randomly disintegrate. But THESE, these are solid, they are robust, a great sound, secure ear hooks, in my opinion better and clearer sound, a connection that will not desync and play desynchronised songs in each ear when someone turns a microwave on in the next town over, and good reliable charging. My new daily drivers, at a price 20 quid cheaper than the next model up, buy these bad boys.

I was already blown away by my Linsoul KZ ZS10 PRO Earbuds, but my only gripe with them was the fact that they were wired, so I bought these to fix that one caveat. They have worked out of the box and after usimg them for a good 6 weeks now I can safely say they are brilliant. I purchased these with the expectation that the audio quality would drop by a significant amount from the KZ ZS10's stock cable; There is definitley a difference in audio quality (as wired conections will always win that fight) but the drop in audio quality is really not anywhere near as bad as I expected to be, and with the flexablity that the wireless connection gives me means that I have more freedom where I can use my headphones without the risk of accidently rippin them out of my ears or catching the cable on a door handle. It also has meant that I have started using them for gaming on my PC and and the mic has not had any complaints from my friends over discord. Pros: Quality Connectivity Battery life Freedom for use with bluetooth devices instead of just 3.5mm jacks Cons: Slight audio quality loss over cables (at least with Linsoul KZ ZS10 PRO) Overall a very worthwhile purchase. 5*

Honestly, I can nitpick and find problems with these adapters... but I have seriously been using two sets of these daily for almost 3 years now... I also have a set of the az10's bought recently and they were SUPER underwhelming. These AZ09's are REALLY really good for the price. If you are like me and like the wrap around style so it never falls off. Get these. It may be unintentional, but I like how stiff the arms are so you can mould them to whatever shape you want (the az10s are floppy so if you do any active stuff they just fall out :/ shame because they do look better in black) Of course the sound quality takes a TINY hit, but I have tested over 15 different IEM's with them and for the price I'm amazed. They really are good and I will probably stock up on another couple for the future. If you are in doubt. For the price just give it a try. I did and probably going to get another couple so I have backups. They really are that good for the price. If I could suggest improvements I would say that the tolerances for the fitting in the case could be better because sometimes they don't turn off when they are "well used" and put in the case. But that is rare even after using them for a long time. Thanks KZ! Keep it up, you do a lot of good products :D (oh, and the battery life is insane. I've used some of these for like two days straight and still have battery left. Probably should have put that up there first XD)

The audio is on par with other AAC Bluetooth headphones, yet doesn't compromise in any single department. It does excellent in latency, getting around 200ms on its 'high performance' mode. The fit is generally good, however it can irritate your ear if worn too quickly without adjustment. Also the case is large so you can fit large IEMs into it. It charges via USB-C and has an extremely long battery life on both the case and even each IEM (you'll be able to play for about 10 hours roughly without having to take them off your ear) and charging is fast (on the IEM stems). However, the one thing that has ruined it for me is the fact that the device would turn on while in the case and pair and just stay connected to my phone or whatever device was connected to. This is quite a big deal, because it happens randomly, even if I put the case down on a surface gently it will after 3-4 minutes turn back on and reconnect. I would miss calls notifications and would often go insane. Luckily for me I can just turn off Bluetooth on my devices, but I don't enjoy doing that because the convenience of just opening the case and having a connection is really nice.

The battery life is exceptional, providing 12 hours of continuous use on a single earphone charge, with the charging case offering multiple recharges. Furthermore, the Bluetooth connectivity demonstrates superior range compared to most other Bluetooth earphones, allowing for greater distance from the paired device.

Avevo già queste ottime cuffie con il filo e il giak, ora con quest’accessorio, le ho trasformate in cuffie bluetooth. Eccezionali il suono sembra anche amplificato. Ottime per sport, bici, corsa, palestra, il top.
