Great product
What can I say.. absolutely great product, cuts effortlessly due to the geared arrangement inside and the leverage of the cutting blade armature. Takes a little bit of getting used too with technique for holding and cutting. Although price may seem high I would say it’s actually good value for the money when compared to the others out there.. build quality is very good and backed up by 25year warranty. Reach is great and so is the weight considering, being able to turn the head also useful for awkward branches

Cutty cutty
This is a very impressive product. It is easy to use, lightweight, but powerful. Based on first few cuts it works well even fully extended and cuts through branches easily, including thick ones that only just fit in the jaws. What’s also great is that it is silent so doesn’t bother anyone with noise.

Very effective, even at maximum extension, but vastly overpriced.
Why did you choose this product over others?: Established brand with reputation for high quality products. Functionality: Very effective, even at maximum extension. Size: Very good reach. Durability: Remains to be seen, even after the first use, it looks a little battle worn! Value for money: Vastly overpriced. Extending capability: Very good, lock functions well, even at maximum extension the item is sturdy and very useable. Design: Overall very good, but I found the orange finger to be more of a hinderance than a help. Had to remove it, which was easy enough. The bottom end cap does come loose frequently, very annoying, could be better attached.

Extending tree pruner
Very good product and does the job. Pricey for what is and I find it awkward to use however thats just personal and the quality is good. Have the saw attachment and that works well

Very Well Designed and Extremely Good Quality
I received this today and was cutting branches on our Cherry Blossom Tree almost straight out of the box. Extending was very stiff at first but a light silicon spray soon had things gliding smoothly. Full extension was impressive but the weight caught me out a little and it took a few minutes to find the right technique, but overall this is a very well designed and good quality tree pruner, well worth the money and easy to see why it has been around for such a long time. This will save a lot of money in the long-term when compared to hiring people to do this simple job. Highly recommended.

Worth the extra
These aren't cheap but they are streets ahead of the type with the rope that you pull to actuate the cutter , the heads smaller and doesn't get caught up in heavy foliage and they are really efficient and smooth to use . They extend easily and lock in place securely plus they are much lighter than the other type . Highly recommended for anyone who needs a pruner and needs to get up high without struggling .

A cheap edition to a great tool
After buying my upx86 pole pruner I realised it didn't come with the saw, (first negative point), so I found it sold separately which was rather pricey (second negative point) the most annoying thing about this saw is that a very sharp blade arrived with no scabbard! That is completely illogical, Now I have to go out find, buy or make a separate scabbard just for the pole Saw, at an extra cost pushing the saw price up to nearly £40! Fiskars that is just tight fisted and unsafe! The saw arrived separately from the pole and once assembled I had it straight out on site, helping with a roadside tree safety contract, combined with the pole it's very good, razor sharp and I like how easy it is to detach. Only major issue is that the blade is extremely flimsy, this is good and also bad firstly it means you get a little more flex when things pinch it or it gets forced against a hard branch but equally bad, as the blade after 2 days has deformed, still usable but not expected from such a good make + expensive pruning saw. Another huge draw back is the way the saw and the pruner are mounted, if you purchased it with the bypass pruner the fitting system is rather genius, but when I was using the saw inside the canopy of a large oak tree from a harness it proved very hard to find a suitable angle to perform a cut with the saw without the pruner head obstructing or getting snagged unfortunately I see no way passed this without leaving little stubs to accommodate the bulk of the pruner head. I hate the fact that this saw has no hook cutter at the tip for when you pull through on the final strike and it could definitely do with being and extra 5-10cm longer also. Another fiskars pole does have a good long curved blade with a hook cutter but I'm not sure this is compatible with the upx86. All in all the saw really proves its worth but it feels like a cheap edition to one of the most expensive pole pruners on the market. Fiskars take it from a professional, beef up the blade, provide a scabbard for God's sake! And install a hook cutter, the longer length may then let you accommodate the bulky pruner head. Thanks for reading head over to the UPX86 Pole pruner to see my review of the pole pruner, these comments are related to the saw only

Yola çıkmadan bana bilgi verilmesi iyi olurdu.
