Great product for a truly cheap price point. This will protect your AirPods nicely, covers all angles on the case. The only gap is to allow the hinge on the case to work, and that's recessed enough not to worry about issues there. The carabina clip is a nice touch, but the case cleaning wand is a beauty - mine came with both tools in a single wand, fold out from both ends, like a penknife. Simple and effective. Fits very snugly indeed - a couple of wiggles and the top of the cover closed perfectly against the bottom. Exactly what I was looking for - protection for a significant investment. If dropped, the lid has no chance of springing open if dropped (I've had this happen on the street, in the dark, with a previous set of earbuds - and they were black - that was a moment...) - this will do what you need.

If you want to buy this airpods case trust me DON’T HESITATE its the best case you’ll find for this price very good quality and it WILL protect your aitpods if they fall and the lock is soooo sturdy and well made

Not as strong as it makes out to be but it’s not bad. The top is separate which means its only held on by the lock, but its better than nothing. Wanted a case that would keep these safe as i lost my other ones due to the case. Lets hope this works. Its a tight fit and good grip which is good and looks ok but I don’t feel the top might come off.4/5 stars.

It looks and fits great, and offers good protection. Just wish the lid was spring loaded.

Very pleased with my airpod cover. I mainly needed one with a case lock on because when you drop airpod cases on the floor the lid has a nasty habit of popping open and jettisoning your precious earbuds across the floor. I don’t have this problem any longer, plus i can use the carabiner to fasten them safely inside my rucksack. Excellent value for money and can well recommend them. There is an awful lot of rubbish written on here by people who just like moaning. There ISN’T a hinge on the case because your airpod case already HAS one!, no-the ‘carbon fibre’ ISN’T real, and who actually cares!!, we’re talking £10 here, not £200!, the locking latch works perfectly well, and the carabiner ISN’T steel, because it only has to hold a few ounces-you aren’t rock-climbing with it!!. Hope that puts a few idiotic comments to bed!!.

Straight out of box, lock mechanism doesn’t work and top half of the case is peeling away.

Very sturdy, the clip to close it works well and prevents it from the pods coming out if it was the drop, the design print and colour is exactly as it looks on picture offering protecting with style, definitely recommend

Review after 1 year of normal use (Spoiler alert - that’s all it lasted with normal use)First the positives:1. Looks great2. Good protection up to a point (see later)3. Magnets are excellent for wireless charging (see later)4. Fits perfectly.Now the negatives (from normal usage)1. There are 4 magnets on the back and 2 fell off after 3 months making the magnetic attachment useless.2. The plastic clip that stops the top from opening is not the same standard as the body (cost saving). It’s a very light plastic and the spring is very very weak. Through repeated use, the spring vacated after 4 months and the mechanism has warped and no longer holds the top closed. AirPods have fallen out several times and been scratched.The case is useless after one year of normal use. Please this in mind when purchasing.
