I just passed the CISSP exam (on my first attempt). This book was a great help, and possibly even a decisive one. It covers the many topics thoroughly, yet in a clear and accessible way. I highly recommend it!

I read cover to cover the 9th edition, and I purchased the CISSP 10th edition to read cover to cover as well. I use this study guide as the primary source to prepare for the exam + other study materials as well.

With over 900 practice questions, four practice exams, flashcards, and audio reviews, it provides a range of tools to reinforce your understanding. The practice exams, in particular, simulate the real test experience effectively. My only critique is the platform’s navigation—it could be more user-friendly. Overall, the guide excels in its depth, clarity, and variety of learning aids. Whether you’re an experienced professional or newer to cybersecurity, this book offers a clear path to mastering the CISSP exam. It’s a solid investment for anyone serious about earning this certification.

Great material. CISSP is a very hard exam but this book does a great job explaining material!! And I was able to pass my exam studying with it.

A comprehensive and easy to read study guide for children of all ages. Topics are well covered and there a few solid puns hidden within the pages.

I passed the exam using this book as my main resource. However, it’s important to supplement it with other types of materials as well, such as videos and audio recordings.

At first, i am in dilemma whether should i spend such money to purchase this book with USD and deliver to my country. After thorough consideration, i have decided to make the purchase and now i am confident that this is worthy! The content is superb comprehensive and not boring, also provide lot of real life example which inspire me to think more. In short, this book worth the price and even you dont attend the instructor class also can gain all the needed info.

Arrived in good condition and in the time promised. As someone who has 2 cissp audiobooks and ebooks each (including the audible for this one) I can tell you that there's nothing like a paperback for quick reference. And personally I always felt that while books on my eReader were easy to read the tactile, sensory experience of physical books lends to learning. Finally I will say this is an expensive exam so investing in this book is worth it if you can't find it at (any) of your local libraries which was the case for me. PS: online question resources that come with the book are great too.

I passed the exam without any issue on the very first attempt. I used this book as main study resource, and yes it’s dry sometimes but nevertheless it’s a great one. Questions after each chapter are great in evaluating if knowledge and understanding of concepts is enough to pass the real exam.
