Docolor Flat Foundation Brush for Liquid Makeup

Easy to use and good quality

I was intrigued when I saw the flat shape of this brush. I like the idea of using less product and getting a better finish, so I thought I’d give it a go. I was surprised that this brush didn’t feel as soft as I expected. It didn’t feel very smooth at all. It took some practice, but I was able to get my foundation on nicely. It doesn’t go on any smoother than my other brushes, but I was still able to smooth it nicely with this brush. The handle is easy to hold and the brush is easy enough to maneuver. I still prefer my softer brushes, but this one is fine, as well. I’ll use it again.

Very poor quality. Use it few times and I’m trying to clean the brush the brush totally fell apart. But customer service reached out to me very quick so at least that part is great if you have any concerns.

This brush is easier than using a metal spatula for applying thin layers of foundation. My only issue is that while it is great for detailed application around eyebrows and mouth and eyes, it is difficult to use around the nose area. For that I use the Studio 17 Foundation brush because it is rounder. But the Doctor Flat Brush does not absorb as much foundation as the Studio 17 so it is less wasteful of product.

I saw another review getting the same issue with me but I didn’t trust and bought it, now after a month and it’s automatically coming off 😞🥲

The bristles are plastic. It feels harsh on your skin and doesn't blend makeup well at all. Good thing it's cheap because I'm throwing it in the trash. I bought the Vela Yue foundation brush and it works much better than this one.

Excellent for contour. Better than the $$ Iconic one. Also good for control of foundation.Saves product. High end looking packaging. Well made. 5 Stars.
