I use it with Avaya, built into the computer. As a result I've only been using it with the dongle, instead of risking it trying to connect it via Bluetooth. Let me simply say, the connection has been flawless. No instability on any call. No delays. Voice, both me speaking and hearing others, is clear, loud, and overall exceptional. So far this has been a fantastic purchase. The construction of the unit is pretty solid. Some metal and mostly plastic. Fits magnificently with very little slippage once placed on my head. Snug, yet comfortable. The boom mic mutes when I move it in the upward position. All buttons work perfectly. I don't wear the thing non-stop straight with non-stop calls. I cannot attest to battery life, but it seems solid. For just short of $110, I am astounded as to the quality. I imagine you will be too.

This is a great product. It sounds and feels good on your head. It will connect to two devices simultaneously and switch between them seamlessly.

I’ve had this product for a year, and I work in a high volume EMS dispatch center. I really enjoy the comfort and ease of use. The battery life is fantastic, and I work 12 hour shifts. The ear cushion is very comfortable, and I like the range - I am able to walk at least 50-75 feet away from my desk on one side of the building and still be able to answer and clearly hear calls. While all of the features of this headset don’t work with my set up, like pressing the side button to answer a call, I am able to answer a call by moving the mic upward into the mute position and then lower it again. For those wondering, I am using Genesis web phone. Adjusting the volume on the headset is easy and you can visibly see the levels change on your monitor. Works great if you have to connect with the usb C cord as well, in case you need to charge while using it. It connects both Bluetooth and with a dongle. Currently, my only qualm is with the cushion on the non-speaker side of the headset. The material is coming unglued and I wish the company offered a replacement piece for that. I have a shaved head, and I tend to rest the headset on my temples when not actively on a call. I would recommend this, and I have in fact recommended this to my coworkers, and two have purchased this headset, however, they both ordered the mono headphone version with the USB C dongle with USB A adapter dongle. This is a handy feature I didn’t know existed, and may be beneficial to those with limited options for USB inputs.

Tried a number of different brands. I use voice recognition with a system that calls out fields so you can keep your eyes on the main screen not the text screen. Problem with a handheld microphone, speaker combo is either 1. System reads the field, then TRANSCRIBES its own read Or 2. You program a delay so it doesn’t “listen” to itself. This works but is unnatural and awkward to use. I also need to be able to hear the people around me. This gives me the best of all worlds. It only covers one ear, so I can hear the voice cues but the microphone DOESN’T pick them up. I can hear the people around me and talk to them easily as only one ear is covered. The voice recognition pick up is as good as I’ve found anywhere. It also links to my computer AND my phone. The only problem (and maybe there is a fix) is it doesn’t pass through the messaging text cues, so I miss phone texts if I don’t keep an eye on the phone. Battery life has been great, I work up to 11 hours and have not had any problems. The single ear cover is very comfortable. I may add some padding on the opposite head clip, but that should be easy.

I purchased this to replace earbuds as the buds were irritating my ears and hard for hearing impaired individuals to hear me. This is working great. It’s are comfortable, do not fall of when I bend over or move around, everyone can hear me and to my surprise (as I didn’t read that far) they do not hear the noise around me and my ears are recovering from the irritation of the buds. A win win all around. The buttons work great when I can remember the arrangement and it syncs quickly to my phone. Great value for the money.

Nice headset but answer button does not work so not functional to leave desk. No point in having bluetooth headset if not able to leave desk.

After many headsets for work, this is the only headset that has far exceeded my expectations! It's in all around headset from being able to connect bluetooth and/or usb separate piece if you're required to be wired, shows as wired. Crystal clear from both ends between me and the caller; do not hear any background noise. My favorite feature is being able to either swipe the talking piece up or pressing the red mute button. The only thing I dislike though is when you are not on a call, you can't mute. So it makes it a bit hard to know if anyone is hearing you on the other end when not on a call.

Great quality of this headset is great. I use it for work and works wonderful with my current system. The mic quality is great. The wireless connectivity is great and the charging speed is very fast. The functionality and clarity is 100%.

Works great with Microsoft Teams! I was looking for something that I could quickly mute and unmute. This headset does it so elegantly by simply moving the microphone up. The beauty is... it also syncs with Team's mute/unmute. Wait, it does more. If you lost your Teams meeting window during the call, just simply press the Teams button on the headset it will bring the Teams window to the top. Or you can minimize the window by pushing the same button! So nifty! The microphone can rotate 180 degrees, making it easier to wear on either the right or the left ear. It's nice that it uses USB-C type, so I can use any of my USB-C chargers. You can connect via Bluetooth or USB dongle - allowing you to connect with multiple devices. Last but not least, it also fits very comfortably on the head. All in all, I love it. I will report back in 6 months.

Works with Yealink phones easily as these should. Delivery was without issues. Comfort really good for long stays answering calls. Recharges quickly. Love the fact can work with Bluetooth enabled devices or without using the included dongle
