Healthy plants doing well after two months
Based on other reviews, I thought this purchase was a bit of a risk, and I was considering either this variety pack, a four pack of a single variety (in case only one or two survived), or just buying a single more established plant. The original posting had other options all of a single kind, so I thought the varieties received would be from those options, so I'm glad to see the posting now only has the variety pack. The varieties received were Beer's Black, Celeste, Kadota, and Black Mission (that's also the order left to right of the second pic). I was hoping for either a black mission or Chicago hardy, so I'm glad to have received at least one of them. I followed the directions in terms of soaking prior to planting and keeping them inside and did so longer than instructed. When I moved them into the sun (only a few hours per day), the Celeste dried out and lost most of its leaves, but the others did fine. I moved that back inside with indirect sunlight and to my surprise it slowly recuperated. The first pic was unboxing and the second pic is after 65 days. The delivery box is about 10 inches, so the plants themselves were probably around 3 inches tall. Beer's black (far left and clearly the star performer) is now a little more than 10 inches tall. Obviously it's too soon for any kind of fruiting, and I'm not sure if it will be realistic to expect any even next year, but overall I'm very happy with the current state and the fact that all four are doing okay. For me, this was a risk that seems to have paid off.

Small, flimsy tissue cultures
The fig trunks are 1/2 the width of a tooth pick. The Celeste fig was wilted upon arrival and doesn't look like it will make it. The root ball/soil area is smaller than my Keurig k cups (see photo). Will ask for a replacement on the Celeste. These won't be ready to go outside for at least a month or two.Update: The Celeste isn't going to make it.

4 varieties of figs that all alive after being indoors for 6 months.
I bought this 4 pack of 4 different varieties of figs to plant in my yard. I bought during the fall and kept them in my house over the winter. After 6 months, they are all still alive. They were only 3 or so inches still, and they have grown some, though not a lot. These guys like a lot of water, far more than any of my indoor plants. They also needed more space, so I transplanted them into a larger pot. I am not sure if I will plant them outside this spring or keep them in a pot for another year. So far, all is well, and I hope to get a lot of figs one day.

Good Overall, but Two Fig Saplings Were Unacceptable
I purchased four varieties of fig saplings and four mulberry saplings. Unfortunately, two of the fig saplings arrived in unacceptable condition. One showed no signs of life upon arrival, while the other was extremely weak and failed to recover. The remaining saplings are growing very well, but the condition of these two fig saplings was disappointing. I understand that plants can experience stress during shipping, but I expected the seller to ensure that all saplings were healthy and viable when shipped.

Happy with purchase ๐
Plants arrived quickly. They are healthy, I'm happy with my purchase ๐ They're not super big, but figs are vigorous so it'll be fine i'm sure.

Excellent Customer Service
Two plants from my original fig tree collection did not survive after arriving severely dehydrated. The package had been placed inside my mailbox on a hot day, despite the shipping label stating that it should not be left there.Fam Plants responded promptly, provided helpful care advice, and sent replacements after their recommendations for saving the plants were unsuccessful. Their customer service exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly purchase from them again. One helpful tip: Take pictures of your plants as soon as they arrive, as this can make it easier to address any delivery-related issues.

Cute little fig plants!
Just arrived, and they look like they will be great with the proper care. Each variety has leaves which appear healthy. The package includes directions to allow the time plants to adjust to the new environment slowly. I am really excited about the Violette de Bordeaux fig. I will share updated pictures if things do or do not work out.
