Seal fell off of the drinking tube at the connection point of the bladder and was lost. Can this be replaced? The unit is not functional without it.

Are the bladders made out of tpu or peva? if neither, can the seller please specify the material.

I don't know what they claim for the material; all I know is that it smells & tastes VERY strongly. Couldn't eliminate the problem with multiple washes. Threw it away, made me sick to drink from it.

How do you connect the tubes to the bag? We've pushed the tab and pushed (both my husband and me) as hard as we can. Tried turning it...

I didnt have a problem with mine. Try wetting the tube and inlet. Spit works just fine.
