THE product is actually good and it does give the results if done consistently, but the product's durability is low, i mean as u exercise ur jaw more, the stronger ur jaw gets, after a point ur jaw will be strong, that this exerciser wouldn't be able to handle the biting force of the jaw, but it takes 3-4 months to get ur jaw this strong, after this u will have invest in a new, better, expensive exerciser.
