As far as I know, it will not work with Xbox. Don't know of an adaptor .

Is it compatible with Windows 7 ?

Yes! It is also compatible with Windows 8 / 8.1Make sure you install the drivers that come with the wheel or download them from the Logitech website or else you will not be able to use the H-shifter and some miscellaneous buttons.
