easy to install. seems to work, but it's not like we've had the outflowing water tested. tastes ok. our city water is generally pretty good, so this is just an insurance policy

Love the instant hot water and the fact that both it and the cool water is filtered. We can now discard the Brita and tea kettle, two more things off the counter.

It was easy to install and seems to be working as it should. We are happy knowing that our hot water is filtered.

Even my wife who is extremely sensitive to water is enjoying this immensely. She finally agreed that we should have done this a long time ago (as I requested) instead of spending a ton of money on natural mineral water for the last 16 years. Highly recommended.

We bought a new Insinkerator unit for hot/cold water. It appeared the filter unit and hardware were included in the set...they are not. So, we had to return the unit and buy on that included the filter and hardware. We were switching from an older model insinkerator to the previous filer no longer works. The cost of this new filter system is really high so be aware.

i had this installed with my insinkerator hot water dispenser. works great. i purged about a gallon of water initially. water tastes great

The system works well and was relatively straightforward to install. My only complaint is that there is a slight leak that comes from where the filter goes into the system. If there was going to be a leak I would have thought that it would come from a water line connection as opposed to an area that doesn’t involve any of the installation process. The leak is minor (a couple of drops an hour), but I am reaching out to Amazon for a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly and I was able to determine that it was the initial filter cartridge that was the problem. All of the remaining parts are working perfectly so this was a quick and easy fix. Considering that the filter cartridge is the most expensive part of the system this is a little disconcerting that the first one was defective but hopefully it is not indicative of quality issues going forward.

Filter works well. Already bought a second one for replacement. A bit expensive though.
