Q: Where can I get the directions in English?

Preparation for: 3 veal, pork or turkey schnitzel (150 g each) 1) Place the contents of the bag on a flat plate. Moisten the schnitzel well with cold water. 2) Place the schnitzel in the breading, press well, turn and press well again. 3) Fry in plenty of hot oil and fry until golden on both sides over medium heat. Tip: The Knorr chefs recommend French fries

nope - just wash with water and the breading sticks quite well though you do have post-cooking residue in your oil.

Q: could you supply the list of ingredients

Can't get to the freezer to look at the ingredients (out of town) but I did find it on google: "77% breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, salt, paprika, yeast), rice flour, EIKLAR POWDER, iodised sea salt, palm oil, YOLK POWDER, seasoning, starch, sugar, yeast extract, salt, flavors (with EI)"

have no idea, but, usually, tht might be indicative of a price increase. i'd go with the price in your cart, and not buy it. it wasn't all that great, anyway. i think your inquiry was misdirected here. should go to amazon or the seller. not your fault. sorry and thanks and good luck
