The Black Series Emperor Palpatine & Throne Return of The Jedi Collectible 6 Inch Action Figure (Amazon Exclusive)

It was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it was really cool and my boyfriend loved it. The quality is great and the detail was really impressive.

Great figure. Its a reuse of the other palpatine but with the accesories you get its really not a problem. I can guarantee it will look good on your shelf.

A must have for any black series collector. It just looks awesome and the detail is great. The robe could be a bit better, but other than that just having the extra faces and the throne makes it worth it.

Amazing product exactly as advertised

Let’s be honest: this deluxe figure is the one we’ve all been waiting for. The first wave sold out fast, and anyone who missed it was left staring into the abyss of scalper prices. Fortunately, this release showed up and the price is right for what we want. The base figure is absolutely amazing, and the different heads let you swap in multiple emotions for our Emperor—because sometimes you need “smug victory,” and sometimes you need “I find your lack of shelf space disturbing.” The bad news: the robe isn’t as nice as the single release of the Emperor. The good news: this is easily resolved by swapping it out if you’re lucky enough to own the single release Emperor. Articulation is very nice, with movement capabilities mirroring other figure releases, so it isn’t really necessary to go into the minute details of movement that we’re all familiar with. The throne is a solid single piece with no movement. I would have loved a little rotation so the Emperor could really take in his kingdom (or at least my office), but perhaps that’s just an empty desire. Either way, the throne definitely increases the collectability of the set. I have mine sitting on my desk where he can give me advice on the reviews I write as a Vine Member. Sometimes those reviews can be a little dark, but that’s to be expected when your editor-in-chief is the Emperor. On a side note, he helped write most of this review. I personally don’t think it’s too bad.

The Emporer sits and watches Hockey with me. Although his comments are kinda dark.

Very cool version of Palpatine. I almost ordered the archive version, but the extra heads made me want this more, and I don't regret that decision. The smiling Palpatine is the best head in IMO, and you only get that in this edition. The robe can be a bit difficult, but I shaped it over a few days, and it's getting there, and I also added some tacky putty under the hood. I prefer how this robe looks over the ones included in the other releases.

Great piece for my display of all my other figures.

Was so pleased to see this got re-released. I had to jump on this one. It's a great figure and extra accessories work well. Don't listen to the people saying that the hood is ruined due to no stitching, I literally just formed mine with slightly sweaty Australian hands and it stays in a good shape. Took all of 5mins to get it to look screen accurate.

The improvements over the 2015 release of Palpatine is immense on this figure, from the head and hand options to the face print technology. The robes are still not perfect and can ride up around the hood which is a frustration, but of course soft goods are the key to this figure and getting him to sit in that impressive Throne. The robe lost it's stitches though.

Guter preis. Oft ist diese Version teurer. Gehört in eine gute Sammlung 😅
