I LOVE this scooter!!! Easy to put together, charge and use. I did find a couple Youtube videos to help as I didn't know you need to get momentum before the accelerator engages. In other word get it started with foot then it works. My dog loves to run and I am NOT a jogger and there is a leash law where I live to I had to figure a safe way to use it dog walking. I took a suitcase strap (one with big clasp) and put that around my waist. Took a smaller one and hooked it through the retractable leash and it works great. It did take a bit of time and bacon for her to get use to it but now she loves running beside me. Its easy enough to jump off if another dog or person comes and steer it with one hand while retracting dog leash with the other. I also like the 3 different speeds but I doubt I'll ever go full speed for dog walking.

This has been such a great purchase for my 12-year-old son! After six months or so of riding it, the charger wasn't working properly. We contacted customer support through iScooter and they were very easy to work with. We sent some pictures and videos and they were very quick to respond each time and each time was met with understanding and kindness. They sent us a new charger for free and now it's working great again. We will purchase other products with iScooter!

I purchased two of these electric scooters and both have been working. They are easy to use, comfortable to ride, and the battery life is very good. The range is enough for daily use, and the scooters feel sturdy and safe. Great value for the price and a fun way to get around.

The absolute best scooter ever. At the time when I first rode it I was 265lbs. It held me well and still went fast. It has a sport mode on it which makes it go up to 30 mph. My boys love it. It last a few days (depending on how long your using it) before having to charge it up again. It definitely has that go to it.

This has been a horrible scooter and a horrible experience. WHAT A WASTE of money. It does not charge. After much pleading for a replacement they said they would send a new battery. The old battery would only charge to 3 bars and would never charge past 3 bars. They sent a new battery and it charged for one go and then would not charge more. They said that they I could return it but would have to pay the boxing cost since I didn't have the original packaging. I could have used the replacement packaging but the didn't want to send a replacement until after they got the old one back.... They wanted me to buy electrical toolsand test all the different parts of the scooter to see what was wrong with it. I am not an electrician and don't have the tools. They asked me to take it to a bike repair shop and they would send replacement parts that I would have to exchange. I already replaced the battery but that was not sufficient. They wanted me to electrically test each individual component following their guides.... Don't WASTE YOUR money on this. Buy if from a store you can return it easily if it breaks. Plain and simple it does not work!!!

The scooter is nice and not heavy to carry, I used it for about 4 months, it can get flat tire but that's not a problem, it used to go to 10 miles and 19mph but now it goes to 7 and 16mph, the only thing I didn't liked was the motor was too close to ground, that puddle of water can damage it, be careful while using as the sidewalks are not very great to use

I bought this scooter for my daily commute to work. About 6 months in, I noticed an issue with the speed, so I decided to reach out to iScooter to see if they could help. I was very impressed with their quick response! They helped me diagnose the issue and even sent me new parts to get my scooter running smoothly again. I should of gotten this years ago I’m a 46m construction worker in boston and park and walk over a mile from the job . At the end of the day I’m sore beat and hit the last thing I want to do is walk over a mile then sit in traffic for 2 hours, So instead of rushing to work walking to my workplace is 15min now it’s 4 mins taking my time And 4 mins going yo the truck so I’m saving 22 mins a day that’s 2.2 hours 6 days a week time is money so it pays for itself in a week for me at 170 dollars I charge it once a week and it goes 15mph I’m 6 feet and 200 lbs Now the build of it is good 😊 for the price its bare bones start 3 speeds I only use fast I don’t go over big bumps and pot holes at all and the brakes really suck but I just use my feet anyway the brakes do work well at low speeds Turning the scooter while going over 10 is dangerous but probably it’s because I’m tall so I go slow when making turns It’s a basic A to B machine to cut travel time is all I use it for I have owned it over a month and pretty happy i would like to upgrade for a i10 maybe in the fall and give this one to a kid
