Helps with the A game!
I got this specific product due to the bioavailability and the third party testing. These guys have clean ingredients and a clean factory. That's huge for me, I take one capsule half an hour before lunch and dinner. I have only been using this for about a week and I can already feel a difference in my sugar cravings. This helps with your body's cravings, not your mind's meaning you do have to put in the mental effort in order to reap the full benefits of this supplement.

skeptical but my mom says it works
I ordered this for my mom because she said she heard this works. She wanted four. So far, she said it has helped lower her sugar and keep it stable. She said it's hard to swallow because it can be dry and larger than expected. Bitter, so she has to eat a banana or something sweet to get rid of the taste, which is ironic lol. She does get an upset stomach and constipation if she takes it on an empty stomach, so watch out for that.

Helping my SIBO (hydrogen dominant)
Worked almost immediately for my hydrogen dominant SIBO (when Hydrogen-producing bacteria are fermenting carbohydrates in your small intestine). I’d get severe painful bloating any time I ate anything, didn’t matter what. No elimination diet I was on helped. Then I tried this berberine & couldn’t believe the change. It helps calm the fermentation when I take one with a meal. I tried so many other supplements & nothing has worked til I found this. So incredibly thankful. Start with one a day for SIBO. Hope this helps someone suffering with painful bloating.

Great brand for this herb
Buy these a few times and seem to work the best out of many brands tried. Seem to be legit and what you pay for which at times is a gamble on here. lol

Possible digestive issues.
Undecided as it may be causing diarrhea. And of course, that will make blood sugar appear lower. But that might just be me as I have digestive issues anyway.

The capsules are easy to take and much gentler on my stomach than other berberine products I’ve tried. Quality feels solid and the packaging was sealed and fresh.
