Serious bit of kit, but worth it!
After reading all the reviews, I was worried about this purchase; however, I am pleasantly surprised! We bought the T Series 7, and it is a serious bit of kit. When they say you NEED two people to put it together, they are not joking! This thing is a beast. My partner and I are a dab hand at putting together flat-pack furniture, so just be prepared for this to be one hell of a task. The instructions can be confusing, especially on the step of putting the cross-bar on for the hydraulic lift (the instructions show it already in place when it isn't). We have been using it every day since we installed it, and it's been lovely. Have only walked on it so far (2-4km/h), but the treadmill seems sturdy, like we could jog/run on it (does go up to 16km/h - although I don't think either of us will be running at that speed!). The functionality of the treadmill is great, I did download the iFit app but i've just been using it on the manual mode and that works plenty enough for me. Just FYI, this does not come with any silicone oil, so you will need to purchase some of that separately for oiling the treadmill/maintenance. It comes with all the tools you need, including a screwdriver to put it together, which was a nice surprise. And the fact that it can fold up and take up less space (also helping you move the thing around) is a bonus, too. The hydraulic lift works a treat. All in all, I would recommend this to someone who: 1) Lives/is going to install on the ground floor/has a lift to get to where it needs to go. 2) Has at LEAST two people to put it together, we could have done with a third person to move it into place, but we managed...just. 3) Wants something sturdy and reliable to walk/jog on frequently Will definitely update my review down the line if anything changes.

NotdicTrack T5 review
As a person that exercises 3 to 4 times a week I had decided to buy a treadmill to incorporate into my fitness routine. I decided to buy the NordicTrack T5 treadmill, as I wanted a reliable brand name and the T5's features fit my needs perfectly. It has an incline of upto 10% and max speed of 15kmh. I am 6ft3 and have a size 13(UK) shoe size, and the treadmill belt is easily spacious enough for my size. I've never once touched the sides or got near the end of the belt, so if you worry if the belt is big enough I can confirm that it's absolutely fine for a person my size. The control panel on this model is basic but suitable for my needs. I did notice that my speed buttons on the display are in km (5, 10, 15) while the stock image shows them to be in miles. I actually prefer the km so I was very happy to see this. I have a Polar H10 heart rate monitor and it easily connects to the treadmill by simply pressing the iFit button on the treadmill control panel. The box it came in is massive and very heavy. It was well packaged and fairly easy to build together. Once built it is easily moved as it has wheels on one end of it. I did have one issue with building the treadmill when I had to thread the wires through the frame and then screw the ground wire in place.... I couldn't screw it in properly as it was really tight and the instructions and any tutorial videos I came across on line did not help with the issue either. I eventually realised that the screw you use to attach the ground wire is self tapping, so it creates its own thread when fastened. So if you have this issue, just apply the extra force or use a cordless driver and it fastens easily then. I have only used the free features of the iFit app so far, but I do like the idea of the videos you can watch that automatically change the speed and incline based on what's happening in the video. It sounds really smart. The part of iFit I've used is basically just a running track that shows me going around it as I run and it shows my current speed and incline. I do find it annoying though that iFit will only sync your workouts to Strava I've you are a paying member of iFit. I think they should change this. Over all this NordicTrack T5 is a great treadmill and really great quality. I am very happy with it

Consider this machine before leaping into more costly options
It took a while to pick this, and it’s perfect as an all round family treadmill. Originally thought the more expensive version would be better (with a screen, more speeds and incline). It’s not…unless you are marathon man, or woman. The unpacking and install was easier than I expected (one short end has wheels and lifts/shifts). The paper instructions are ok, but there is a manufacturers video that is super straightforward (search for it as makes it a doddle). Takes about 30minutes to set-up one you remove the packaging and some packing supports. It can be done on your own, but two is the ideal. The build is great, solid and is slimline which makes sense if you have a compact environment. The speed and incline dashboard is very easy to use, and it comes with a cord to cut the power if you lose your footing. I have bought a rubber mat for it to sit on, but so far seems ok sat on the concrete in the garage. And the iFit subscription is optional. You don’t need it from the get/go. Slowly slowly catchy monkey. Really good value for money, and it won’t give you sleepless nights thinking you need to run 24/7/365 to get your return ;-)

Decent, but the quality control is lacking.
Positive: Heavy duty and sturdy. Fairly clear instructions. Belt is smooth and easy to push by hand, which gives me confidence in the quality compared to the cheaper treadmill we're replacing. Negative. Wastes paper: full instruction manuals for multiple languages included. Built quality issues, such as panels that don't fit properly with ugly gaps (see photo) and pre-tapped bolt holes that are not properly drilled out, so the bolt doesn't fit (see photo). I had to use my drill and a large metal bit to clear the entrance to two of the bolt holes. Quite fiddly to assemble with some really small black screws and plastic inserts that you have to piece together underneath the treadmill in the dark, against a black background, so set-up took several hours. The registration and software set-up is not well thought out - there's clearly cruft from years of changes to the products and backends - so there's a code to scan stuck on the screen (but in the UK you have to send an email), then there are QR codes to scan in the software. Lot of questions asked about height, weight and workout goals, which get repeated on the device and in the app, AND on signing up, despite all apparently being connected. This treadmill has some smart features to adapt based on pulse, etc, but - sadly - it has no way to measure pulse built in, so it needs a separate heart monitor. I would like it to use my Apple Watch but I don't think it can. In theory, they recently added syncing with Apple Health, but it hasn't synced between the iFit app and my Apple Health after a workout; no data has been sent. Lastly, the speaker emits a loud whining electronic noise, like RF interference, which smacks of cheap electronics. Fortunately, the treadmill drowns that out when it's running. Overall, I think this will be a good treadmill for basic use (i.e. manually operating the speed and incline), but there's a lot of extra stuff here which is far from cohesive or pleasant to start using.

Love it!
I’ve recently purchased the NordicTrack T Series 5, and it’s been a fantastic addition to our home workouts. It strikes a really nice balance between performance, build quality, and price. The motor feels strong and smooth, even during longer runs, and the speed and incline adjustments are quick and responsive. I also really like the cushioning on the running deck—it noticeably reduces impact compared to running on pavement, which makes longer sessions much more comfortable on the knees. The console is straightforward and easy to use. The display is clear, and the built-in workout programs add a lot of variety if you don’t want to just run at a steady pace every time. It’s also fairly quiet for a treadmill, which is great if you’re using it in a shared space. Assembly took a bit of time but wasn’t overly complicated, and once it’s set up it feels sturdy and well built. We’ve also been making use of the iFit trial. Although the machine functions brilliantly without it, the “Follow the Trainer” sessions are great motivation and help keep workouts interesting

Excellent value treadmill
Review for a Series 7. Very satisfied with this treadmill, it is robust and has a stable and large running area. I wasn't quite prepared to stretch to the full built in video screen version, so instead have linked the IFit app to a 10" tablet for which there is a built in shelf. I've the free month of IFit on trial but so far it looks very good and automatically controls the pace and incline of eithers walks or runs. The manual mode is simple to use should you not want to pay a subscription. There are built in Bluetooth speakers, they aren't super quality, but good enough as an alternative to headphones. I paid for the Amazon service to assemble the machine, given the weight of the system and needing two pairs of hands to build I felt that was good value. They also took away an old broken treadmill which would have been difficult to dispose of given it was also heavy. The only issue I had was that the piston that locks the treadmill up was missing a collar. I contacted NordicTrack support and after sending a video clip they promptly dispatched a new part which was easily fitted. Good service which gives me confidence any warranty issues would be sorted quickly. Hence maintains the 5 stars as I accept problems sometimes happen, its how they are dealt with which is important to me. My wife and I are runners and although not the quickest, I feel at this price point its a great value buy for our usage and the capability. We had our last machine for over a decade until the motor burned out, so hopefully this will be a long-term replacement.

Excellent quality treadmill
After debating what treadmill I would purchase, I’m glad I went for this one. It has excellent build quality and very easy to assemble and if the weight of the unit is anything to go by it will last years. Very impressed and with ifit it is ideal for my daughter with mobility issues as she can use it slowly and it should adjust it she starts to struggle. Be warned this is a very heavy well made treadmill Also excellent customer service.

Excellent treadmill
I got this treadmill to help with getting back into shape and so far have been very impressed. I choose the unpack and assembly service as I am not the best at putting things together myself. Since getting it, I've been using it a couple of times a day mainly for walking as I have never been one for running. It's easy to control the speed and incline, and have been gradually working my way up to faster speeds. In use I find it stable and it isn't as noisy as I was expecting. In addition, it's easy to fold up when not in use. It also comes with a iFIT one month trial that I emailed the company for a code. This was easy to pair with the treadmill using bluetooth and get the app set up on my tablet. So far I am really enjoying the workouts and there are lots of walking ones that come in a particular series. Both the trainers are good along with the videos which I watch on my tablet. I find using these much better inspiration when working out and they have great scenery to look at. I also like that during the workouts you can adjust the speed and incline, then this is applied for the rest of the workout. So if a workout is at a slightly slower pace than I would like, I just change the speed a couple of times and then the rest of the workout is now all at the updated speed. Overall I am really happy with this and hope it lasts a long time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Treadmill & Amazing Value!
I bought this treadmill during an unbeatable Amazon sale (thank you Amazon!!!) and added the very reasonable Room of Choice delivery plus a 2-year Asurion warranty for peace of mind. For the price, this treadmill is unbeatable. It’s a solid, full-sized treadmill that offers speeds up to 10 MPH (I’ll never get near that top speed 😅) and inclines up to 10%, which is a great way to add intensity to walking workouts. The hydraulic lift is a nice touch that's usually only seen on much higher end models and it makes the treadmill easy to fold up - it’s surprisingly lightweight when lifting the track. I also appreciate the thoughtful design details, like the small hole in the water bottle holder that prevents puddles if your water bottle drips. I can't comment on setup as I paid for the installation - I'm not a handy person but there are Yotube videos showing the installation process for those who are handy. Also, even though there's an ad included in the treadmill box saying to sign up with iFit before turning on the treadmill, I’ve never signed up for iFit and have had zero issues—zero lag time to start my treadmill workout, no unwanted pop-ups. I just press the power button at the front base (the "reset/off" button), hit “start” on the treadmill main panel and I’m good to go. You do not need to sign up for iFit whatsoever -once the treadmill is assembled, you can just turn it on and go. I watch shows on my iPad while walking/jogging, so I wasn't interested in the iFit subscription. Now, are there a couple of things that could improve with the treadmill? Sure - it could use a pause button (there is no pause button - it's either "stop" or "start"), I do wish there was a bit more track space before the front deck starts since in the beginning I did accidentally hit my foot/sneaker on the front deck (I'm used to it now and don't walk/jog as close to the front panel), and it could have other features that higher end treadmills have....but you know what? Then the price would be in a higher tier as well. If you’re looking for a dependable treadmill at a great value, this one is a no-brainer and I'm really happy with it. Finally, a huge shout-out to the Amazon delivery team (Brar and Amrit) who managed to get this treadmill into my basement—a tough job, and they handled it like pros.

Excellent Treadmill – Highly Recommended!
The treadmill arrived right on time, and the assembly process was straightforward thanks to the clear, detailed instructions and the included tool. Do note that the box is quite heavy, so having two people for setup is definitely recommended. The built-in workout programs are a great bonus, offering a variety of routines tailored to different fitness goals like calorie burning, speed training, and incline challenges. One of the standout features is the iFit subscription, which adds a whole new dimension to the experience. The interactive workouts, global routes, and professional coaching sessions are incredibly motivating and make exercising fun and engaging. Overall, this is a high-quality product that delivers on all fronts. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness at home.
