Will this stand fit my 16-inch MacBook Pro with a case on?

The 0.8‑inch thickness guideline only applies when placing a device upright in the side holder. For the best fit with a case, simply rest your laptop flat on the top surface — it works with virtually any standard shell or sleeve.

The adjustment feels stiff — is that normal?

Yes, and it's intentional: the firm friction is what holds your angle in place. Adjust with two hands, or set your height with the laptop off the stand first — most users find the adjustment tension perfectly comfortable.

Why does the laptop stand collapse or wobble from side to side?

Please ensure the laptop stand is fully unfolded and positioned on a flat surface. Incomplete extension or incorrect angling may compromise stability.

How do I clean the aluminum surface without scratching it?

Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild 70% isopropyl alcohol mix. Avoid abrasive pads, steel wool, and harsh cleaners that can damage the anodized aluminum finish.

Will the rotation or hinges loosen over time?

The joints come firm out of the box and there are no external screws to work loose — most long-term users (including DJs using it weekly) report no loosening or sagging.
