My grandson loves sour suckers, and these are perfect, not overwhelming, but yes, they have to be sour, and they are now my daughter is hooked on them, the other grandchildren

There’s a learning curve to opening these things. You have to twist a lot, then grab the part of the wrapper that’s attached to the stick. If you look closely there’s a little black strip on it and you need to wiggle a bit to loosen it, then you pull up toward the candy. That should help separate the part with the strip into two pieces, then you pull them apart from each other and that SHOULD do the trick. Lol, yes you need a degree in unwrapping candy to get to the lollipop. But they’re yummy. I’m addicted. I’ve ordered them twice in the past month and I’m sure my dentist won’t be happy with me. They were a good value at about $3.50 per bag but now the price has doubled. They’re still a pretty good value but, ya know, I just can’t bring myself to buy them at twice the price. So I’ve got a price alert set. We’ll see if they go back down. Meantime, my teeth can recuperate. I know some people said they weren’t sour enough but I think they’re plenty sour. I can’t have one right after another or the inside of my mouth will get irritated.

I love this candy and buy it regularly. The taste and quality are consistently excellent. However, the wrapper is surprisingly difficult to open. I really hope the manufacturer considers improving the packaging.

Chupa chups is one of my favorite brands. I do wish they offered more variety but these flavors are great. The lemon and apple are really refreshing. Strawberry is my favorite. It would be great if they offered a sour watermelon or cherry as those are my favorite flavors. The sour isn't sour to me, more tangy but it's throughout the whole lollipop which is nice. I however love sour candy so it's hard for things to be sour to me anymore. Big bag for a good price.

Not that sour but good taste. However... WHY ARE THEY NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO UNWRAP??? It's ridiculous how tightly wrapped these lollipops are, insanely frustrating.

Sour tastes can be a grounding technique to help stop panic attacks. Put some in your medicine cabinet or in a care package for a friend. Send some to a kid in college. They make a great wedding gift.

I became addicted after the first one. These are unbelievably delicious, the sour is long-lasting and not too overwhelming. Sometimes sour hard candy can make the roof of my mouth raw, but not these. I had 5 of them during a 10 hour shift and just ordered two more bags so I don't run out too soon. The sticks are not made of paper material either, they are some sort of plastic, which is a huge plus. The ONLY gripe I have is that they are crazy difficult to get out of the wrapper. No big deal, though.
