Not only a fast delivery but a great product at a nice price. Nothing but good to say about this but honestly I have only taken it several times and so far have not had any specially good changes but all good things take time and I wanted to try it and Natures Elements gave me that opportunity without breaking the bank. I am happy.

Maybe it does something, maybe not
I couldn't tell if any difference I thought I had was due to this product, or something/anything else... So I'm not buying it anymore. Maybe it works for some -- I just didn't the the point, for me, in using it any more.

I purchased the powder due to the calming benefits listed but for the taste so horrifying that I just can’t bring myself to take it. So thats when I got the capsule form. Rewind . I have tremors and am searching for something to slow them down or calm them down without seeing a doctor and getting put on drugs. I have only been using this for nearly 4 weeks and have already seen promising results. I feel less jittery and am shaking less. The instructions via the web say to experiment with 2-5 capsules a day. I have tried 2 and 3 so far. I will review again in a few months to better understand my results. Mahalo
