Mitre Arena Training Basketball

Great ball to begin with - arrives flat, but that's not a problem because it ensures safe transportation. The rubber grip on the outside is great, and it really helps in the wet because I play outdoors. My ball only lasted about a month however before it started to develop lumps due to what I presume is the inner lining puncturing or being ruptured out of shape. The total play time however was okay, I think I must have used it about 12 hours over that month at least - I mean for the price I've made worse purchases and if you're playing casually now and again it will be fine. For now I think I'm going to buy something a bit pricier and see if it lasts longer, but if not, I've no qualms buying this product again.

Well Mitre you ve done it again. You sent me a basketball, which was flat, but i expected that, that bounced perfectly on the floor of my park's court. Its cleary well made, probably in the forges of heaven or somewhere around in china with very talented hands or precise machines. Whatever the means of production, the product absolutely fulfills its purpose. I wish i didn't suck at basketball, but the four or five times it swished i didn't hear the actual sound of the SWISH. I was alone in the park, and it was quiet, so i am pretty sure there was no actual swish. There are no nets in the hoops, i don't know if thats required for the swish sounds, i wouldn't know, i don't really like basketball.Superb ball, i say!

Bouncy and feels high quality, however the colouring job wasn't so good as it was peeling off, but overall it was a good beginners ball.

Bought for my 7 year old to take to school, the feel isn't as nice as some other brands but for the price it is exactly what you would expect.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the item arrived BUT, unfortunately the order was incomplete. I received the pump to blow up the ballBut there was no attachment ( needle) to attach from the ball to the pump. I had to buy the necessary attachment. This is very disappointing as the ball is part of a birthday present promised to a child.

great ball, my son loves his basketball hoop and this balll has been great starter.

I bought two of these. One is fine, the other developed a leak without any obvious exterior damage, after only a few hours of use. Cheap but I am not sure how long they will last.

Love this - great value and a good sized basketball for younger children / the back garden (unless yours is expansive...)
