High quality product
I use this mask 3-4 times a week and have enjoyed the results. My face has softened near my eyes and chin. It is comfortable and I really like that it comes with a silk bag so you can travel with it. Charge lasts forever!!!!

Great customer service
I absolutely love this mask and noticed a difference after using it for only a few weeks. Unfortunately the red and yellow light stopped working 1.5 months after I got it. I reached out to the manufacturer and they responded within a day and sent me a new one within the week. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and so happy to have a new mask. I’m rly hoping the second mask lasts a lot longer because I really like it and find it super easy to use.

Seems good but just started using it. Having a hard time signing up for the warranty. Keeps taking me to page to buy more products.

Not uncomfortable, reasonably priced
It’s easy instructions, I like that it’s reasonably priced. My skin felt slightly dry the next morning. But what I didn’t like was the lines left on my face around my eyes a nose. Those lines dont go away fast, takes about a day… but I’ll try loosening next time and see if that works …

I’m very disappointed. I waited a long time to finally receive this item, and it doesn’t work at all. I followed all the instructions to charge it, but the remote rattles as if something is broken, and the red light therapy light never turns on.
