Bought these in 2022, still working and are bright. Decided to purchase another set today 4 years later..great product, you won't be disappointed

** LATEST UPDATE **I was promptly contacted by the seller and they sent a replacement. The lights are VERY bright and work perfectly. I even painted them. Although they have no dim function, since we noticed people entering our premises without asking us, I placed them in an area where now I'd like to have them as they are: only turned on with movement so that they SCARE people and make them leave our premises. THEY WORK! lol. :D** UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 16, 2019**Unfortunately, one of the solar lights stopped working. I need to uninstall it in order to be able to confirm if it is the item or the batteries that came with it's fault. Please advise. Thanks.** UPDATE **I was so frustrated they had no dim mode that I wanted badly to return them but since I had to pay for the return (it was not offered by the seller nor Amazon) the return cost was higher than the solar lights cost. Since I live in a hurricane zone I thought about giving away them as a present to relatives whom I know for a fact don't mind about the dim mode as I do. To my surprise, I gave the solar lights a second chance and I was so amazed by the tremendous and powerful light (consider the fact I'm addicted to everything solar and have POWERFULL solar led lights at home) that I had to keep them! I tested them in front of my house wich has a huge garage door entrance and a porch and with just ONE light of these I could brighten ALL my garage entrance and part of the street. I was like... WHAT??!!! When it turned on. Even though I love the dim mode in this kind of lights I used other smaller ones in paths I'd have with some light 24/7 and this one for the very front and back of the house. I'm considering even to buy a few more sets of these combo for my relatives as well. TRUST ME I'm the Caribbean Solar Lights Obsessed Person of the century (lol) and THESE ARE EXAGGERATELY POWERFUL! I love to change all my LEDs to white color and will show you all how I painted and positioned the led lights. Please note I didn't use a drill this time and tried the 3M exterior heavy kind of tape and IT WORKED!!!! Try it! Blessings. :)I wanted them to have dim mode so bad. Unfortunately, they don't which - in my case - makes the item not fitted for my needs. Had to return them. :'(

These solar motion sensor lights have held up impressively well even after years of outdoor use. They still charge during the day and provide solid lighting when motion is detected at night. The brightness is strong enough for walkways, yards, and general security lighting.They’ve handled weather changes without major issues, which says a lot about their durability. Overall, they remain a dependable and low-maintenance outdoor lighting option even long term.

I can't give these lights a low rating really for any of their function. But I feel like there are a couple of things that might help you to know. They certainly are bright. They are very easy to install. I used the Gorilla tape that several people mentioned, & it worked well. I used the included screws to install one of them on a tree, & it worked great! They sense motion better than any other outdoor sensor light that I've ever used. That being said...they sense the motion of any nearby plant or tree branch. They sense the headlights of a car driving by if the motion detector on the light is facing the direction of a nearby road. They sense raindrops. Is there such a thing as a motion detection light working maybe TOO well? These crazy things suck up all of the solar power they can all day long, & usually by 2a.m. they've exhausted themselves by clicking on every time a plant in my yard moves in the breeze. Last week we had a storm & it was hard to tell if it was lightening, or the sensor lights going off! I live next to a big high school, so am thinking they're going to have to go before football season. It's crazy that headlights leaving the school set them off. I only bought a set of 4, & it looks like the middle of the afternoon in my back yard when a car drives out of the school parking lot. We've been having issues with coyotes in our area, which was my reason for the purchase, as we have small fur babies. Haven't seen any coyotes, but they've probably all told each other to stay out of the yard until the solar power goes out on these things from clicking on & off until 2am. ;)

Buying a new set. Over time the lights manage through some crazy weather and the solar panel weakens. But of all the lights I’ve tried this are the best.I own property in a vintage neighborhood. The lights aren’t always bright along the side walks with lush trees shading parts of the paths.I added one to the tree and telephone pole to fill the in between spaces the street lights done touch. Plus, these are on various places along the porch and back for the dog. They’re fantastic and have been a great benefit the past eight years.Neighbors are so impressed I get lots of compliments and requests for the link. I’ve also had people tell em they feel safe walking by the house. Plus, the elder neighbors behind me had been robbed in their garage so they’ll start let me add a couple of these to the back yard since they’re connected to my fence. Haven’t had an issue since.Today, lucked out with a sale. Bought a four pack.It’s been eight years and these are still the best. Excellent price. The lights have lasted many years./\ updateWhen these are on sale for 50% off bought a couple of new sets. They work amazingly for a few years. The weather eventually kills the solar. In the meantime these help all around the house.When Derecho hit in 2020. 140 mph wind tried to kill the neighborhood. 10 days of no electricity. These made the house exterior beacon like a super nova when anyone walked or drove by. Helping with safety. Of the house plus people.For inside, I left a set on the porch to juice up. At night placed one in each room and on the steps so I had lights during the blackout.These are good for road trips and camping, too.With prices going up would pay full amount if had to. But, wait for the sale. And, always have a box on hand now.After trying several brands since 2018. This one holds up the best. It’s the weather that kills the solar is the issue that’s unavoidable.These juice in shade. I have them behind the house on all sides. When I get home and park in the driveway and close the gate one is on. When we walk around from the Jeep or side door to the Jeep the others provide adequate light.When the elder neighbors had a break in added a few to their backyard that help deter people from their yard.If you can get sets on sale up to 50% off go for it. Must admit the unit was a little smaller than I expected HOWEVER, it works like a large unit. Bright lights upon triggering movement, stays on for a more than adequate time. Quick install, arrived with stored charge and worked as soon as the light sensor was covered (was daylight at the time). One negative comment, was the screws are not adequate to install right out of the box, but not big deal I substituted 3/4" wood screw and it is up quickly, solid and functioning.Now the only problem, Where do I install the other 3??? the hunt is on.....UPDATE:: - installed unit #2 on the side of my deck, approximately 10' +/- above ground. positioned to capture movement on my stairs to the deck without catching street-side movement. works PERFECTLY - captures movement on the first step of 10+ steps. More than adequate light coverage for the area leading to the deck. installed at 10' +/- above ground. It is sensitive enough to pick up cats moving in front of the sensors.Only problem left - where do I put the remaining 2 units.... TBA

I have had these before and they lasted many years. I was actually surprised, and very happy. Which is why Iam ordering them again. They are really bright and the motion detector works really well.This shipment arrived and one of them is damaged and Iam concerned that it will get damaged because moisture can get inside. The other 3 are great. I will let you know if I get help with that.

So far I have installed 2 of 8 and they are bright. I wish they had more neutral colors.I bought some smaller ones from Lowes because I thought they would blend in my home better but these are far brighter and more powerful. If they could add white or are more neutral color they would be perfect.
