This is my new favorite tool. Its lightweight, easy to use and I absolutely love the auto-empty feature. It goes easily from bamboo floors to a rug to tile. Great for deep cleaning and quick tidying. Its also super easy to use on stairs.

Worth every dollar. This cordless handheld vacuum does not disappoint. Very easy to use right out of the box. It has great performance and works great on hardwood floors and carpets. The self-adjusting surface mode will detect wood floors with carpeting and increases suction power automatically. The automatic removal of debris from the vacuum into the built in trash receptacle keeps the handheld vacuum ready to perform when needed. It also has built-in lights so you don't miss particles. The vacuum is lightweight easy to maneuver and comes with additional attachments for stairs and hard to reach high surface areas.

Love this product but my only issue is you can only push forward with the product if you try to vacuum going backwards, it doesn’t pick it up so you have to go around and vacuum forward. Suction is the best I’ve had with any portable vacuum very lightweight great battery life, and easy to put back on the charging stand, love that it self cleans itself. Great for carpet and tile.

I've had this vacuum 3 months now and I'm really impressed. I've had Shark vacuums for years now and I usually get their pet, upright vacuums. When my last one died I was looking for similar and wasn't finding a "pet" one at the time, but this kept popping up and seemed the closest. I really was not sold on the auto-emptying station and thought that was unnecessary...but after 3 months of daily use, I love it. Is it needed? No. But does it make life a little easier - yup! I was the worst about finishing up vacuuming and not emptying the vacuum and having to empty it mid vacuum the next time, but this handles that problem and I really love that about it. I do have to remember to empty the bin on the base, but I usually remember before it's too full (usually, not always). I bought an extra set of filters for the vacuum and base and find that so far they need to be swapped out/cleaned about every 1.5 months (as i'm coming up to my next swap out). As for the way it works on pet hair - AMAZING! In our household we have 3 long hair cats, 2 golden retrievers and a goldendoodle that sheds worse than both goldens combined. It's the best vacuum for pet hair i've tried yet. I was really shocked that it got the dog hair off the carpet and backdoor rug that does not like to give up the hair no matter what i've tried. I use to vacuum my living area rug and then take one of those pet hair rakes to it to get the hair off, but this vacuum picks up all the visible hair so I haven't even felt the need to do the pet rake. It has 3 modes and I find I use the eco mode the most. The mid-range mode has so much suction it sucks up my smaller area rugs and the rollers stop working, so I just use eco mode on those and they are low/no pile so it works really well. When I get to the living room area rug it's considered a low pile (but plush) and I use the mid-range mode that auto speeds up the brush, and it picks up the pet hair great. On my backdoor mat that is one of those heavy duty get-the-water-and-mud-off rugs from HD, I use mode 3 and that gets it all off in a few swipes. Things I wish they would change on future models: I wish it just started on eco mode and not the mid-range mode. Or at the very least started where you left off the last use. I wish there was a way to boost the suction while on eco mode like my last Shark did. That little trigger boost was really handy. Battery life is good. Suction is great. It's just really a fantastic vacuum and i'm very happy with my purchase and will hopefully have it for many years like my pervious Sharks.

This vacuum works really well and motivates me to clean my hardwood floors more often. I’ll start by saying this vacuum was such a welcome surprise to my previous one. I bought this to replace an all in one mop vacuum combo from another brand that really delivered poor performance so this one totally outshined the competition. 1) it’s really powerful. I can vacuum multiple times in the same day and it will still collect stuff and it’s chamber that will impress you to see how clean it’s keeping your floors. 2) great battery life. I absolutely love that. I can just keep it on. It’s charging stand, which means that I can pick it up anytime quickly and easily and I know it’s going to be charged and ready to go. When I’m done, I just put it back on its charger. 3) the self cleaning function!! I wasn’t looking for a vacuum with the self cleaning function so that was just an added bonus. I really didn’t think I would care about it, but it is SO NICE TO HAVE. Having a vacuum with a self cleaning function that empties the dust bin for you means that anytime you want to vacuum you simply pick it up off the charger and when you’re done? You simply put it back on the charger, that’s it! It makes it so quick and easy to vacuum (and bonus it’s pretty fun to watch) which means I vacuum more frequently and actually look forward to doing it! 4) the roller brush doesn’t trap hair, thank GOD. I truly despise dealing with hair that isn’t on my head it just grosses me out. I also have 3 pets so not having to deal with cutting hair out of a brush after vacuuming is a literal godsend. 5) pivots from hardwood floors to rug easily. It has an auto detect feature that will automatically increase the suction power when on a rug, which is really nice. 6) the buttons for the attachments feel really nice to click on and off. You know when you have a cheaper product and you feel like you’re almost going to break it to click something or push a button? This is easy to put on and take off attachments and feels like it’s nicely made. And it was a big plus for me that it has a handheld feature that can be removed for vacuuming things like the couch or car. 7) it has three suction power modes; Eco regular and a turbo mode, which gives you more control on battery life if you need it to last a little bit longer but don’t need quite as much suction power. My space is only about 1200 ft.² so I’ve had no issue with battery life. Some constructive feedback I would like to include: 1) it would be nice if it could stand up on its own 2) it can’t lay totally flat, though it can go pretty low and get a little ways underneath the bed 3) Lastly, Shark, can we talk about the aesthetic of this thing? I’m not going say that us women are the only ones vacuuming out here but a lot of women are going to be buying this product and we do not want a vacuum that looks like a drill handle 😂 I was honestly very put off by the way this looks when I first saw it, but the functionality of it made it worth it. I would LOVE to see a nicer looking handle for the future.

I typically don’t write reviews but this was a must. I absolutely LOVE this vacuum cleaner, but I’ve had it less than a year and the handle broke apart. This is the first cordless I have owned and have been so pleased with everything about it. It’s lightweight, easy to manage, has great suction and the battery life lasts to clean my entire downstairs without it having to be charged. I love the self clean function as well. I just cannot say enough about how wonderful it is…EXCEPT, now I cannot use it bc the wires are exposed and it is too late to return it. I’m so disappointed to have to purchase another vacuum in less than a year. Hopefully l, this design flaw has been corrected so I can have confidence in knowing that if I buy another one, it will last. This would 100% have 5 stars from me if it hasn’t broken.

I have spinal stenosis and several health issues and I’m unable to lift a heavy objects. I use a cane to get around. My niece has this vacuum and recommended it as her husband is quadriplegic in a wheelchair with limited mobility in his hands/arms. It’s perfect for me because it’s lightweight. My husband does the heavy duty cleaning and I help with the lighter easy to reach items. This vacuum suctioned very well, automatically switching from bare floors to carpet without changing a thing. With it being cordless which was a must have on our list my Husband says it’s great for cleaning the stairs. Battery life so far has been awesome! We are able to clean an 1800 sq ft house and still have battery time to spare. We have one small dog and seem to accumulate dust bunnies often, which drives me crazy. This vacuum is so handy we are able to stay ahead of it all. It maneuvers well but my husband said it’s a little tight getting under low pieces of furniture with the beater head on, which it is easy to remove and just use the pipe hose to reach under furniture and beds. Love everything about it except the beater plate wants to pop back up in standing position when I’m vacuuming too close to where my feet are. But, I figured out how close I can come without it doing that. But other than that, this thing is impressive! I woukd definitely recommend this to anyone, especially if you have mobility issues. Very lightweight and yet it’s a work beast!

i've had it for about 10 months now. the convenience of being able to pull out a vacuum without needing to worry about the plug is delightful. one of my main reasons for purchase was that it could be readily used as a handheld or floor vac, but the attachments that came with it make the handheld part fairly useless outside of getting tight corners or along the edges of walls. downside of having so many removable parts is that there is a good amount of regular upkeep/cleaning required to keep the vacuum performing optimally. the tubes/hoses are fairly narrow and can easily get clogged if you're picking up anything besides crumbs. the latch that opens up when the chamber is being empty is magnetized, so if you happen to pick up anything metal, it can get caught on the magnet and make closing the chamber impossible. also can be tricky to get metal bits free of the magnet once they're in there. i have a pretty small 2-bedroom home, but i can typically easily run over my 4 carpeted rooms on one battery. SharkNinja's product warranty service is also fairly okay. the handle cracked on me and they sent out a new base within a couple weeks with little hassle.

I am very happy with my recent purchase! It's incredibly light and easy to use. I particularly appreciate how it automatically adjusts its power based on whether I'm cleaning a floor or carpet. What I love most is the stand station. It's so convenient not having to fix it to the wall, and the auto-cleaning feature is a fantastic bonus. Beyond these features, the 5-year warranty speaks volumes about the quality of this product. I absolutely recommend it!

I’m in love with this vacuum. It’s light weight and easy to use. I really like the self cleaning bin empty feature. It picks up such fine debris I didn’t even know were on my floors. I thought my rug was clean but boy was I wrong. I’ll include the picture of the dust we picked up from going over it twice in one day.
