Weak performance at both speeds
I had the previous version. It worked great. It was more of a stick shape This version, it's heavier , the material feels flimsy, 2 speeds, the battery is removable , the size is bulkier than the previous version, because of the shape, i fell there is no versatility . I dislike the removable battery .

PACKAGING IS EVIL
Just received this, looks as though it will work as advertised. THE PACKAGING IS THE FOCUS OF EVIL ON EARTH. RYOBI PROBABLY HAS A TOOL THAT WILL OPEN THE RIGID PLASTIC CASING ON THE TOOL-ONLY PRODUCT. FIND A SIXTEEN-YEAR OLD WITH NO ARTHRITIS AND CONSIDERABLE STRENGTH TO GET THROUGH THE PACKAGING.

Speed control
Didnโt like this product doesnโt spin fast very slow spinning used twice and is now sitting on a shelf

Waste of money
Battery doesnโt last, no power. I was able to scrub a few tiles and it wasnโt strong enough to clean anything. Waste of money.

Surpised at the low power
Was truly surprised at how little power it really has. It is extremely light weight (that is why???) it is what I am assuming. Does scrub and probably good for crevasses.
