Incredibly potent and delicious! Love using it in soups, on pizza, etc.

We love garlic and this makes it easy to add to dishes. I love that I can put it in a container of olive oil and have easy garlic olive oil ready to go all the time.

Very true to taste. They are not toasted but a little of that flavor does come through. It's nice. I might stop buying garlic fresh all together. If I need chopped, I will just crush these.

I have gotten mildly addicted to getting these on my poke bowls. They're so tasty and work so well on rice - the crispy texture is fantastic. I couldn't help but want some to have at home to put on my own rice or even nab one or two pieces for an intense snack. These were very fresh and the container does help keep moisture at bay. The size of the container is fine and the pieces are decently large. They're just like the ones I would get at the restaurant. This is a bit pricey, however there aren't a lot of options out there for dried garlic slices. It's kind of a niche product, so I don't really have anything to compare it to. This will last a long time so the price is fine, since it's not something I'd use up in a month when using it for my own consumption.

i have bot this item 2 times in the past and have had great results with it. I like this product as i don't like to peel and slice raw garlic . I generally soak the dry garlic bits in a small ramekin with warm water just covering the dried garlic. i let it sit until it gets soft then add it to what i am cooking. I love the flavour and the ease of use. If you are in a rush - this is a great go to. It has a true garlic flavour without any of the fuss.
