Q: Is there enough room for corrective lenses? In other words is this an over the glasses model?

I wear reading glasses. I can make them work decently enough with this respirator but the respirator is not designed specifically for use with corrective glasses. I believe a small modification could be made that would allow a more comfortable fit with glasses though.

Yes, designed in the USA, made in China.

Q: Can a hard hat be used with this

I have no idea, maybe ask the manufacturer. But if you can fit a hat on your head while 2earing the mask I suppose you can.

Q: What size in microns does this filter?

Do not buy it. Mask is leaking air all over. Very low quality. Filters are standart. Micrones are not specified. Buyer doesn't accept returns.
