I bought the Karaca tea maker on August 30th, but it has already stopped working. I would like to request a repair or a refund for this product. I would appreciate it if you could contact me and provide a solution.

Great quality and very easy to use. The teapot brews tea perfectly and the kettle heats up quickly. I’m really happy with this purchase.

This product has voice over, which there is no option to de activate, good quality but this noise is too much, if you have baby don’t buy this one, plug is not for Australia.

Well I'm sure most of you by now have visit a Turkish Restaurant at some point in your life and been offered the complimentary Turkish Tea after your meal. Well this machine brings that Turkish Tea home. Great quality and very easy to use. The machine also has a speaker that speaks to you when your tea has been brewed or when the water its a boiling temperature. The bonus with this purchase for me was that I replaced my kettle, as this machine can also be used as a standard kettle. Win Win!! You won't regret your purchase, get those Turkish Tea's in!!!

Had this tea maker for almost a year and I must say that the built quality is very poor. The plastic buttons are now broken and it allows water to reach internal electronics and shorts the machine, which results in staying on all the time even if the on/off button light is off; potentially creating a fire hazard. I am trying to get support but I would not recommend this product.
