Label on blade not on a sticker. Super happy with this knife six months later still. We cut Prosciutto with it, it’s awesome.

Is this length sufficient to cut brisket?

Absolutely, that exactly what I bought mine for and it works great! You can shave the brisket very thin with this knife if you wish.
