The Fitrope Excercise Battle Rope is an extremely versatile training rope designed to assist all levels achieve their fitness goals by providing a unique low-impact cardio and metabolic workout. Repeated fast rope wave action exercises improve upper-body muscular endurance while strengthening the whole body. Focus is on the core, the back and the shoulders and arms. Made from a heavy natural fibre rope. Available in a variety of sizes from 28mm diameter (rope thickness) to 36mm diameter. Lengths from 5m to 30m.
