We love these chairs. We've had them for a year now and they have remained as new. Yes they are firm to sit on but they are comfortable enough. They look great and a lot of people have commented on them. They are a bit fiddly to put together, as you must be careful to put the legs the correct way round otherwise they are uneven. Overall, we are very pleased and would recommend them.

The chairs are not that well made. The legs are very thin and flex when sitting. This wouldn't be a major problem but the feet are very narrow meaning a lot of pressure goes through the hard pads at the bottom as a result it WILL indent softwood even if your light. Secondly they quickly become uneven and so have an annoying rocking motion to them. It's a shame as overall for cheap chairs its not that bad but two of mine were chipped and one was missing leg parts. Even though I got a discount I've now got the onerous task of re-packing and sending these back. I don't recommend these chairs.
