Bought this for some of my smaller plants and it works great for what I needed. Light is nice and natural looking and the remote/timer make it super convenient. It's not super strong so I'd use it more as a spotlight vs a full grow setup. Keep it fairly close to your plant for best results. Would purchase again.

Have to give this a 5 star. My snake plant doesn't get the sunlight it needs in this corner so I placed this bulb in a cool sphere lamp and I love what I'm seeing. My plant is thriving, bulb is set on a 8 hour auto. The remote is easy to work, no heat from bulb.

My pothos is happy, so I'm happy. This bulb works with any lamp. The remote has a tab you pull to activate the battery. I'm not sure if the remote battery can be replaced. The color is a cool white. There are options for how much light you want on your plant (1/4, 1/2, 3/4, or full power) and different time options. I really love the timer feature. I haven't noticed any heat coming off this bulb. The bulb is nice and bright. I think the cost was reasonable for what I received.

This is my first grow light and I've had it for a little over 2 months and it works wonderfully! So many of my plants have grown from this little light. Has not ran up my electricity bill at all barely made a difference. I like that it comes with a remote so I can set the brightness and the timer. I haven't touched it since I set the timer and it comes on everyday at the same time and turns off at the same time as well. Of course it was easy to install unless you don't know how to screw in a lightbulb lol.

I LOVE Sansi lights. The 30W has been my holy grail lightbulb for growing beautiful houseplants, many of which are tropical like monstera, begonia, pothos of many kinds, as well as many direct sun loving succulents with high rates of success, growth, and little amount of legginess in the case of the succulents. One light for instance, supports around 20 plants in its vicinity in a 5 x 6 foot area. These lightbulbs do run very warm to the touch, however have kept all of my houseplants quite happy during the long winters since discovering these lights 2 years ago. Can't say enough good about Sansi products. They also perform SUPER well when growing indoor cherry tomato plant and 2 small basil plants. Lots of growth and so far so good, working on my 2nd round of cherry tomato harvest!

Dimmable. Went straight to an electrical outlet with an adapter and got this Lil lamp shade. I love it. It turns on and off with a remote. 10/10 camper bedroom supplemental plant lighting.

This is a great solution to grow plants in a dim area without sacrificing the aesthetic of the room. I have plenty of the Sansi clip-on grow lights, but my climbing plants quickly outgrow the height I can achieve by clipping a light to their pot. Previously this forced me to hang the grow lights higher and higher by clipping them to other things, which looks messy and can be precarious. This bulb fits any standard fixture, so used a lamp and shade that I already had that matches my decor. It looks nice and keep my plants happy and healthy. This bulb is very wide at the front, so you will not want to put this inside a fixture with a narrow globe or shade like a small reading light. The LEDs do generate heat while they are on; you should choose a fixture that will gives the bulb enough air space to dissipate heat. Overheating will shorten the life of the bulb, but I don't think it gets hot enough to pose a danger to anything except itself. The timer feature is always a huge benefit of Sansi grow light products. I love the 'set it and forget it' nature of use. I had been turning this lamp on every morning when I get up. Using the remote, I can turn it on before I even get out of bed, or using the timer feature I can set it to turn on when I usually wake up! Not only convenient -- it helps me wake up during the short days of winter, when I usually feel groggy getting up in the dark. I'm planning to get 2 more of these. I've always had good life out of Sansi LED products, grow lights and normal LED bulbs alike, so I expect this to have a long useful life ahead.
