Worked perfectly!
After a long search found this product. I needed an adapter with one end ACME female threads and the other end hole for a through bolt. I drilled a hole and used this as part of my extension pole for attaching a saw at the end to trim small branches of trees. Worked perfectly.

I like the quality of this item, but it’s much more expensive than I imagined it would be. I just need it.

A working adapter
Connected my Columbia bead roller to a regular painters pole. Had to put a washer in there to get it to lock up tight, as the acme thread typically comes loose (that's why Columbia made a finer thread) but with this adapter and a washer it works great.

It does it's job.
Does what the ad says it does. It allows you to buy any painters pole, extension pole or even a broom stick and thread your professional drywall tools on it. I ordered 1 to check first then ordered 2 more. I use Can Am, Level5 and Platinum finish tools.

Very nicely machined piece
This is exactly what I was looking for to complete a project. The "painters pole" threads are machined nicely and fit my Purdy extendable pole perfectly. The ends are chamfered, the smooth area OD is ~.975" and the knurled area is ~1.020".
